Rubber foot kit started peeling off before 1 year of use.

I was helped by a very warm and knowledgeable gentleman named Laurence. His personality combined with his expertise in technology were a shining example of the kind of person you want helping you, as well as the type of person Best Buy should hire more of. I will gladly wait for him to be available to help me with my technology needs. You’d be wise to follow his advice and seek him out if you need help. The computer he recommended was a gift for my mother-in-law and she absolutely loves it. It’s fast, has a great webcam, LED indicators for muting sound, the microphone, as well as the webcam. The webcam is mechanically disabled at the press of a button, giving her peace of mind that nobody can spy on her even if the laptop gets hacked. The 2 in 1 and touch screen dazzled her and the speed the SSD provides left her speechless. This laptop is perfect for students and everyone else but the most demanding of activities, such as playing AAA games on the highest settings. You can’t go wrong with this laptop, HP Envy was the right choice and I’m glad I bought it. My mother-in-law is SO happy with it and she thought I paid way more for it than I did because the laptop looks and feels so premium.

Very good mid range computer that is an excellent deal when on sale. Lightweight but still feels very solid. Speed is great for office applications and internet surfing. Screen is very bright and good quality and the laptop body is very attractively designed. Battery will get you through an 8 hour day but will be low after that. Edges are a bit sharp though, when using it on your lap make sure your pants are thick or use something underneath it.

Although my preference was a Chromebook Laptop, this particular model's features, specs, and price ticked all the boxes for my personal needs. At this early stage, the only issues that I have are the finger print sensor is not stable. I've had to retake prints and more times than not, out doesn't recognize registered prints. The battery life could be better too for my light use. Lastly, the display not so good outdoors on a sunny day Other than that it's got a good feel, nice backlit keyboard and it's size and weight suit my needs.

I really enjoyed the computer for 3 weeks but unexpectedly the camera stopped working. I might have been able to overcome this issue, but it also put a large image of a camera on the computer screen to indicate that the camera was not functional. Essentially, making it virtually impossible to use the screen as well. Resetting the computer did not work...nor did hours online with Windows help and HP support tools. Best buy was unwilling to help because it was beyond the 14 day window of returns (we were at 21 days). So clearly, be cautious purchasing a computer from Best Buy. I have submitted the computer to HP for repair and hope that they can fix it. I liked the touchscreen, the backlit keyboard, and the mousepad on this computer. It also is light weight and comfortable to use... while it works.

Perfect Laptop for the office. We use this for daily administrative tasks and as a secondary laptop for display in large meetings. Love that it is a 2-in-1 for that tablet appeal.

Bought 2 laptops for my cousins and they loved it. These ENVY 2-in-1 are packed with everything you would need in laptop. Performance, Portability, long lasting battery and also good looking slim laptop. Durability is very high. Keyboard is high end and speaker are okay as well,not as good as Lenovo dolby digital. I wish they make the same laptop in Black or Dark Gray color.

Upgraded laptop due to Windows 11 compatible. I wish had done it sooner! Fast, easy to use. The only concern I have is the movable USB port. Hope the flap doesn’t break off. Thumb drives fit tightly and are hard to insert and remove

I love the color and the back-lit keyboard. The touch screen is very sensitive so I have to be careful not to accidentally touch it. Overall I like the features. The laptop itself is fast and does what I need it to!

Have had this particular one for 2 years and it’s been great. Getting a newer version gor my daughter.

This computer is exactly as advertised; small and light. It works great however, the components are not high quality and the screen is already popping away from the back and the rubber on the bottom fell off. Not meant for high use and travel.

This is a great laptop it's fast and has all the bells and whistles i need.The screen is beautiful and the laptop itself is sleek and attractive.

I got this on promo. The price was great for this kind of laptop. Fast and very easy to use. I love it because ican turn it as a tablet. Worth it!

Very nice! Great features like finger print start up, backlit keyboard, etc. Battery life is eh. I got a great deal on it so that's why I bought it.

Purchased this as a gift for my 90 year old dad as a gift. Great feel and quality. The gold color is nice as well. The key spacing is decent for this size laptop. So many features packed in to such a small unit. The fact that it is touch screen is a great feature as well. It has a finger print sensor which great for added security. It has wonderful sound as well for watching or listening to all types of media.

We liked the performance. Excellent screen. The only issue i see is the battery is getting discharged very fast.

Great small but powerful HP 2 in 1 laptop. Very good for my days to days tasks, and working remotely. Plus $300 off from original price.
