    Great experience on helping me get a new laptop, the assists helping me get into a new laptop which I have not had one in years was great customer service really appreciate the help. I think I got the best laptop for myself for the year.

    Feels like ive had it for ages with no real issues, the frame around the ports is flimsy and is prone to bend with any error, but bends back just as easy.

    This is a very powerful and professional laptop that came at a great discount from BestBuy. The specs are too notch and as always the build quality from HP is lovely too. Its thin and lightweight and comes loaded with tons of features including fingerprint scanner.. It's perfect for both students and coding professionals.

    Wish I hadn't bought it. For the money the power is good for most things, can run video editing software and light gaming but get a cooling pad to keep it from getting too hot. The screen is too small for me and I'm constantly accidently touching the screen and mesding something up. It's heavy for such a small laptop and not comfortable for drawing, plus the small screen.
