    The volume on the other end (like Zoom) is low. The computer goes to sleep too quickly (like five minutes when not in a program).

    Nice laptop, just wished i went with a bigger screen version. Also would have like to have another usb port on left hand side so i don't have to crunch my flash drive and docking station soo close on the right side.

    So far I'm very satisfied. I would give it 5 stars, but had a bad experience with my last HP's motherboard going bad within 2 years so a little nervous. Ask me again in 2 years.

    I purchased this to replace my 12 year old HP Envy. It looked like a good deal $300+ off the list price. So my biggest thing is MS One Drive. Before doing anything take some time to review this invasive backup program. I have a ton of files that I have stored my desktop, upon moving them over i started getting space errors from One drive and the cloud. This has not ended, they are basically forcing you to purchase cloud space or MS 365 plans. I'm not happy. as this is taking up a lot of my time. This review may have been 4 stars if I was not wasting time chasing fixes for One Drive.
