This purchase was made to replace my HP 15.6” laptop, with Windows 10 (which was no longer supported). We had 164 GB hard drive & 8GB RAM. We bought a HP 14” laptop with Windows 11, with 512 GB SDD hard drive 16GB of RAM and i7 processor. The new one with Windows 11 was very much worth the price. I’m learning how to use it and it’s been great.

I bought this to replace my 7-8 yr old HP laptop of similar size. Setup and transfer of my files was pretty simple. It has an overly sensitive mouse pad which causes the cursor to jump around and select things I did not want to select, but otherwise, it is just what I wanted. My other issue is more with the ugraded software which takes more keystrokes to accomplish simple tasks such as deleting a print job. Microsoft needs to apply the KISS principle a bit more!

I’ve been using this HP Envy for school and daily work, and it’s been great so far. The touchscreen is smooth, the build feels premium, and it handles multitasking with no problem. Battery life lasts through a full class day, and the speed is exactly what I needed for assignments, browsing, and streaming. Definitely a good pick for the price.

I loved my laptop, the quality and speed and I love that it is touch and that makes it very easy to handle even when in bed for comfort, also the colors and sharpness of its screen I loved, it has been difficult for me to understand the Windows system because I had not used it before, but I just need practice
