Writing this after 8 months of usage. Windows hello and face recognition is not working. Asking for frequent password change. Sometimes not able to sign in.

Great laptop but i had some issues with the software. There were some bugs here and there and the auto rotate can be a little annoying at times. Overall I'm pleased with the product. Beautiful screen,light weight and long battery life

If I had written this review when I first got the computer, it easily would have been given 5 starts. However, I have now had it for five months, and it has slowed down significantly, it freezes, it crashes randomly and restarts itself over and over again. There isn't a lot of storage space on it, which I knew when I bought it, but I've barely saved anything on it and it's already out of space. I checked the apps, and noticed that it downloaded a bunch of new apps without notifying me and they were taking up most of my storage space. If you're using this computer for basic tasks that don't require you to have a reliable computer, and you don't have to save anything on it, this is the computer for you.

The exact laptop computer was not available and chose a lower model HP. My issue was with the Geek Squad. I was quoted a 24 to 48 hour timeline on converting the data from my old laptop to my new laptop. When I called the 800 number provided they could not provide a status update and state the local store would contact me which they never did. By the third day, I became frustrated it went down to the store as I had very confidential tax information on my old laptop. The store put the blame on me as they stated that I should have called the store directly. Really? If I would have been told that from the beginning, then I would not have become so upset and wasted my time driving the 40 minutes (one way) back to the store. Good customer service is all about good communication.

The laptop works great like 85% of the time, unfortunately though it needs to be close to an outlet at all times or it might just not work randomly on you

Good computer but the speaker has a malfunction and will freeze while doing zoom presentations. Will be exchanging it. It also didn’t come with a manual

Overpriced laptop. I had an HP Chromebook for three years until it broke, and its quality was far superior to this pricey laptop. Whenever I open my computer, my keyboard suddenly doesn't work, and I have to reset it. It's not the end of the world, but it's quite bothersome for a $900 computer.

It's ok. It seems to have a few issues already. I don't think I will have this long term. It freezes randomly and now the speakers don't seem to be very loud.

Best flexible computer I had, does have some cons tho for tablet mode and speakers can be upgraded

The lap top is great but the geek squad is horrible. When I opened it up, I found out I had to download everything myself. With the help of the HP person and 2 hours later I had a functioning computer. Nothing was downloaded. I also found out that the services are non-refundable. I had no service done but had to paid for the transfer anyway.

Not as good as I had hoped. Should have considered other options.

Entry-level laptop. Nothing to wow over. It gets the work done. If you can spend extra go with a better laptop and more memory.

Ok. Not as easy to use as my old Samsung. Very confusing with signing and one drive.

I am still trying to learn how to do everything with it.
