I absolutely love my new printer. It’s a HP printer. I can print off my phone and I can print off my laptop. I can print print off my computer. The best thing is is I now can print pictures that my son Drew before he passed away and put it on photo paper and make pictures out of all of his drawings. He was a great artist

This is our second one. We had to get a replacement because the first one would not print when directly wired to the laptop. My son wanted to use it for college and cannot connect to the network. We took it to Best Buy and they determined that it was a hardware issue. They replaced it with a new one. The previous printer also started off okay but wouldn’t print after 2 months. So far the new one works so we’ll see if it lasts.

This is a full featured printer and worth the price.

Its light weight small and prints fast! I love that it does bot take alot of room. The Hp app feature is cool too. Installation was not too hard either

Great printer for a home computer. No issues. Easy updates. Had an all in one Cannon printer that had constant issues due to updates. Printer ink cost for this printer is cost effective.

It works great. It was a bit difficult to install and get the WiFi to work. But then it was perfect with good printing and good color

The install was quick and painless. It hooked up to the WiFi real quick . I had an old hp envy printer and this is a great upgrade.

Once I got the setup correct (which wasn’t difficult except a brief hiccup in connecting to the wi-fi) everything worked smoothly.

For an inexpensive printer, it does the job that I need. I have printed from computer and made copies so far. The learning curve was a bit slow for me--I've had to figure out what buttons to push, etc. since diagrams didn't show everything. It's a little slow in communicating with computer.

It was a little complicated, and it required two visits by the Geek Squad, but they did a great job at installing it, and it works perfectly. Thank you!
