Very good product and does everything without any hiccups

Was told this was an easy set up, and was not. Printer would not connect to laptop. Returned it and was told the printer was supposed to be an easy set up and likely a malfunction and got a new one. Second printer was able to connect but one my wifi disconnected from printer it not longer connects. I tried reinstalling the printer to laptop and shutting it off for 5 min then re-starting it and re-connecting to wifi. My laptop says it’s connected to printer but the printer is not getting a response to print what is needed, tried printing from my phone and same thing. I also bought a USB cord for an emergency if my printer would not respond to my computer sending a document to print, plugged the usb to printer and laptop and still did not respond and was not able to print anything. Only had it for less than a month and second printer. Don’t waste your time.

Absolutely the worst printer ever!!! Constantly going off line in the middle of print jobs. Trying fixing it online and the app to no avail. Tried calling HP and they told me I didn't have an account which is not accurate. Do yourself a favor and pay a little bit more and don't buy this printer.

It was a quick and easy purchase and they took my old printer

I have bought 2 HP Envoy 6555e printers n the past few months. Installing each to computers in my ho,e network was an ordeal. Trying to work with HP compounds the ordeal. I finally paid an outside service, SnartTechRestore, to solve the problems.

I am not happy with this printer. I have been unable to successfully replace ink cartridges. Nor have I been able to print double-sided in a reasonable period or time. The only reason that I have not returned it is because I keep hoping I will get it to work.. I had an HP printer for many, many years and it worked very well, so I am disappointed.

This is a purchase i regret its very large for its size even though it appears to be of a smaller size in images. It has a very long warmup when powered on also. Every function seems to be slow not very responsive and it's to loud when doing a printing job.

As expected, but upset the sales guy didn't mention that no printer cable was included. Had to make a separate trip to buy one.

I have always used HP products. This printer's power cord did not stay engaged. I then returned the printer and got the same model and had the same problem of the power cord not staying engaged.

Unable to connect. Continue to receive fatal error messages attempted all troubleshooting steps multiple times, it still does not work. HP does not have a formal customer service number to help walk you through resolving the errors.

I am really sorry I bought this printer. It was easy enough to set up but continually goes offline / refuses to print. When it does print, it is SLOW. I specifically asked whether it would resize and was told it would. I have searched the printer menu itself and online help. When I finally found the word CUSTOM on the menu pad, it said this option was not available on this printer. Disappointed and frustrated. And, of course, Geek Squad doesn't make house calls anymore...

Big disappointment. This machine does not fuction with user friendly ease. Very sad that hp would build such a crappy copier. I've always used hp printers, but the next one will not be a hp.

I have had nothing but problems with the installation, printing, and ink cartridges sent from instant ink. I am ready to take the whole thing back after spending hours and days trying to fix the problem.

Uses ink cartridges up fast, tend to paper jam a lot even though cannot find a paper jam.

Set up was more difficult than it should have been

sleek looking, but slow to start printing. It was on sale, and only 99.00 so was expecting a basic printer.

Dissapointed in the longevity and quality of this printer. It was excellent when I first got it, and now, after light use, it prints all my photos out with a reed tint - even photos that have minimal red in them. No matter what I do, the printer can't correct the printing issue. Really hoping that HP will help me and replace this item or accept a return with a full refund. Bummer.

I have a brand new iMac and bought this brand new printer. After 7 hours and 41 minutes with IT at Best Buy, HP and Apple no one could get this printer to talk to my new computer. It kept saying "expired certificate" when we tried to print, and no one could find out what that meant. We installed and uninstalled 8 times. It never worked. Then HP's solution was to send me a refurbished printer. Not acceptable. I need to do more research on printers that work well with iMac.

Guess I didn't pay attention that you can't enlarge or reduce the size of the copy you want to make. Not how I feel yet about using the app to print.
