It was super frustrating to get it to connect with my computer. After an hour with the tech I got it working. It should have been easier. Works well now

Had difficulty accessing HP site for set up instructions but received help through the geek squad by phone and through chat. Have used it several times since printing from my phone and computer. Love it!!

This is by far the most difficult printer I have ever set up. I have had quite a few printers and I’m currently using an HP printer. This has taken me over a week and many calls and emails to support finally escalating it to an executive escalation manager to try to get it set up. I tried to set up using the HP smart app, which I already have, on my iPhone, iPad & Mac laptop, I printed one picture & it kicked me off wifi, never to return. The message on all devices was “ setup incomplete “ with no way of setting it up, I kept getting sent in circles only to end up at the same place & still not connected. Finally, after the manager got back to me I had to go into menu, tools, maintenance & restore settings. Even that took a few tries because the QR code kept disappearing. I was finally able to print. The printer itself seems bulky to me, I haven’t been able to use the auto document feeder, printing is slow & the quality is just so so. My old printer has a photo & paper tray in the same compartment but separate which is great because you can load both & print from either. This printer doesn’t have that & has to be opened to switch paper type. The tray doesn’t hold much & is very flimsy. I don’t mind the instant ink subscription which comes free for 3 months, I have had a subscription for years & I like it, you always have ink & it’s affordable depending on how much you print, I don’t print often & pay $1.49 a month for 10 pages with rollover pages. This will definitely be a backup printer to my older model since I’m not impressed with the print quality & the setup was extremely frustrating plus it’s missing some features that I liked, the only thing better on this one is the flat display with black background. This is very pricey for what you get, I would not recommend this to anyone, get yourself a better model that is easier to setup!

This HP Envy printer is a great value for the price, easy set up and easy to operate. It is used daily as an integral tool for a work at home job. It does not require a lot of space and the colors and quality of printed material is exceptional. The one and only negative is the printer is slow at doing what it is designed to do, I give it a strong buy.

Works great for simple printing and scanning. I don't do a ton of printing, so it works for the small volume I use it for. Simple to use and the cost is great.

I’m very happy with my printer. I had an HP envy printer before this one that lasted for years and it did everything I needed so I decided to get a newer version. I didn’t have to get the top model to get good quality. Set up is so easy and print quality is amazing. It’s a great all in one printer.

Printer was easy to set up and get started. We have used the feed and copy features. Copies are clear and average speed.

Setup took 7 mins. Great printing quality and the auto-feeder on the top makes scanning a snap.

Had this printer for a few weeks for light home business use and have been happy with it. This replaced an Epson that went toes up after maybe five years. Toner is more reasonable than Epson, and print quality is great. Setup also was a breeze.

Outstanding. The installation without tech support was seamless. I like the quietness while it is in operation. I would like to know if this unit has the multiple scan feeeder.

Quite pleased with this printer. It’s compact, quick and easy to navigate. The sales representative and the installation technician did an excellent job.

I picked up this printer two weeks ago. First, it was on sale, second, it was a breeze to set up!!! HP is a great company and I’ve owned many products over the years. Get a HP product. You won’t be disappointed.

In general I really like this printer. However, there are two things about it that I do not like. 1) It takes a long time to fire up once turned on (about a minute longer than my old printer), and 2) the power button is on the back side of the unit which is inconvenient and tells me that this printer wants to be always on. That will not happen.

Printer provides all the services that I need for a very reasonable price. It was easy to set up and connect to my network. Quality of print jobs is excellent.
