The HP 750-514 is an excellent choice for a quick, stable, 7th Gen. computing platform. Its primary SSD allows for fast data manipulation and retrieval, while the 1Tb HHD allows for storage of large audio/visual projects. The Intel 630 video adapter is quite capable and the bundled Power Media Player does a good job with most media files. The only negatives I found was the fact that it doesn't come with a Blu-Ray combo DVD drive, which would have put this computer over the top, and Power Media Player's finickiness with playing certain DVD's. I would recommend downloading the free VLC player to augment. Also, the DVD/CD drive seems a bit clunky. HP support is top notch, which was a major contributing factor to this purchase. I would highly recommend this computer to my non-gamer friends.

This is my 1st HP desktop, but so far I'm pleased. It's running Windows and is quick in performance. I do not use it for gaming so I can't speak to that. It has plenty of storage. My only complaint is that the three ports on top face backward instead of forward. The vertical DVD drive takes a little finesse to use. Overall I think it was a good buyy.

I’m only giving this four stars and not five because I have only had this for a few days. I replaced a computer that was 10 years old. I am very happy with how fast this computer is. Especially compared to my last one! I would like more time to rate it higher. This had Windows 10. It is okay. And I feel like I just need more time to get used to it. But that’s an operating system and not the computer overall. I like the memory.

Have you ever wanted a computer that will load users before the monitor has finished turning on? It's a beautiful addition to my desk, and can handle just about anything I throw at it. League of Legends, Stardew Valley, while listening to Spotify, Pro Tools, Finale. It can do it and does it well!

Plenty of memory to run multiple programs. I really like the solid state drive because the server runs cooler, which means quieter. The Terabyte of storage is another plus. It's fast and responsive to whatever tasks I need to do.

Plenty of power. Excellent performance. And the solid state drive is a must for any PC. Windows start up takes seven seconds. Unbelievable. HP always put out a good product. If I had one complaint it would be that HP has too many pre-loaded apps. But otherwise, a great machine.

Love my new computer and so happy I chose the HP envy with solid state hard drive. I had a need for speed and This machine delivered.

The SSD paired with the regular hard drive gives this PC speed and plenty of storage. The graphics card can handle dual monitors with high resolution. It has very fast blue USB ports for connecting external drives. I'm happy with the DVD / CD burner being included.

Like I said, I bought this HP-Envy about 6 weeks ago, and have been please to the point where I have no words to describe it, other than Fantastic fast, and solid performance with this HP desktop computerwith Its Intel Core i5 processor provides speedy response from programs and apps, and its 12GB of RAM lets you browse the internet while creating documents without lag. This HP desktop computer includes a 1TB hard drive for ample storage of music and video files. I would suggest this PC to everyone. There is no way you can go wrong with this PC.

Love the large air vent on the side of this unit and completely silent fan. Never runs hot like my last PC did. It is quite a bit larger than my last tower, but the trade offs are worth it to me for its' features. The 7th generation Intel Core processor is fast. Great having both a 1TB hard drive and 128 GB SATA Solid State Drive. Don't think I'll ever run out of storage space again..YAY!! The only drawback for me are the USB ports set in at an angle on the top of the unit, versus just being straight on, either vertically or horizontally. I have a difficult time connecting to them. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase. At this time I would definitely recommend this product.

This computer was exactly what I hoped it would be. I'm not a gamer but I like our internet fast, and this computer keeps up with loading anything and multiple tasks at the same time. The Best Buy sale price sealed the deal. Nothing bad about it.

Love the SSD. Startup takes about 15 seconds. Be careful to install data files on the D drive. Save the SSD (C drive) for program files. Windows 10 is ok but I prefer windows 7.

This computer is running very smoothly so far. All my software runs well on it. I am using the tower to run Adobe After Effects - the separate SSD is very helpful for that. It renders much faster a computer with only one drive.

I needed a new PC because my old HP kept crashing and was bogging down trying to process my RAW image files. I wanted at least 12GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. I read reviews for this PC online and found it had what I needed plus it had a 128GB SSD on which the operating system was loaded, which makes startup lighting quick. So far I am very pleased with the purchase. I have since upgraded to 16GB of ram and swapped the 128GB SSD for a 1TB SSD. Excellent results. Great purchase.

This has all the memory and performance we need. Computer is fast, booting up in seconds. Tower is attractive. Wireless keyboard that came with it is tiny, but I got used to it....may replace it in the future.

Bought this for basic home use: e-mails, web-surfing, etc. Met or exceeded all my expectations. Very fast, lots of space for storing photos or music and I got it on sale so it was a great price too.

Researched and purchased this computer tower to replace my home computer which was rather old. This computer tower seems to handle the newer Microsoft programs and internet capacity I desired. Larger hard drive with a faster processing capacity.

My work PC was having an issue after 5 years so I needed something immediately to replace it. I do a lot of database work so I needed a fast processor and an SSD. This desktop had everything I needed for the right price. I will admit I do wish the primary drive was slightly larger. After installing all my designer apps I only have about 30 GB left. I use the 2nd 1 TB drive for storage so it hasn't been a huge problem yet. Might upgrade the SSD down the line
