I've had HP computers for more than 10 years, and this is the fastest one I've had. It has enough USB ports that I won't need an external hub (which I have plenty of at home). I bought it because the HP Slim Desktop I had been using for a couple of years seemed very slow compared to my 16 GB HP laptop. Computer is great. 12GB with a 1TB SSD is plenty of storage for the next many years. Plus it runs very cool, which is a plus. I took away a star for the terrible wireless keyboard. The keyboard itself is fine, but the function keys are secondary functions, i.e., you have to press the function shift key and the function key to enable it (kind of like a capital letter). But here's the really bad part: there is no way to change this. They can't be "locked" so that hitting F1 give you F1. I even tried key mapping software -- no luck. I've had several calls and chats with HP which confirmed that this is not possible. So I ended up throwing out an otherwise nice wireless keyboard, and going back to my wired one.

Purchased this for my father who only uses the PC for email and web browsing. I (as an advice PC gamer) was actually pretty surprised at how fast this thing boots with its NVME main drive. Its a HUGE upgrade over his older Dell HDD machine. Time will tell but seems to be a very solid machine. FYI: this does NOT have a dedicated GPU so you can do very little gaming on it. Its a solid PC for anything EXCEPT playing video games on it.

This was definitely a good purchase. It handles my needs just fine. I am into music production and writing. This computer handles the music really e and the SSD makes for fast boot and a quiet machine. It's fast, smooth and quiet. Overall good computer.

I bought this pc for my wife to use for book keeping and working online. It starts up fast and performs well using Microsoft Office . She uses it for web design and virtual meetings with no problems.

I haven’t used it yet until I can buy a monitor probably in July. (I had to do all four brakes and rotors and fluid on my car.). It seems like a really good computer by the specs. I believe I received a very good price. HP I always liked. Only one I found with 1TB ssd lieu of 256 ssd with 1TB hdd. I read a review that 256 filled up fast then couldn’t update windows. That told me ssd on C drive. Most goes to C. It would be difficult with two drives. So, I’m thankful I have one drive with ssd and lots stuff for I think was about $756.? Downside is no reviews just released 2021. However, 1 year warranty plus Best Buy tech support.

Inexpensive and quite fast. Recommend for most home users. Really the that it has 1tb of M2 Sata, and 12gb of RAM. Nice.

Got this as a replacement for my wife's Win 8 machine when its HDD failed. No regrets. The solid state drive boots up lightning-quick, and her two monitors (one HDMI, one VGA) plugged right in and displayed everything side-by side. We got ours used-open box, but it's been fine after we got Geek Squad to transfer all of her files over from the Win 8 HDD (that unit's boot sector had gotten worn out, so all the other data was just fine)

Decent tower PC for the money, boots fast with the SSD. I wish more of the USB ports were on the back of the PC as the tower is under a desk and it would clean up the cabling.

It was easy to set up and get going. Absolutely happy with the front USB ports. My old speakers plugged right in and synced with the system.
