Great value, easy to set up and liked the 6 month instant ink

I would not recommend this printer at all. I had problems setting it up. Ink cartridges would not show that they were installed. Then they whole thing went crazy and lights going off. It wouldn't turn off so I had to unplug it. I was really disappointed because it had all the features I wanted for the price.

so far so good, easy set up and prints good, only wish papers would not fall out of tray.

It's actually a really nice printer. Very glad I spent a little extra money over the lower-tiered HP printers.

Awesome print that we us in our home office for small print job.

Seems to work and performs as expected. It is efficient and easy to setup, operate, and very functional.

- Star. The printer was returned 2 days after receipt. Long story semi short :) I by passed the not so good reviews based on my needs and what wasn’t as important for me. For example I’m a DIYer so the issue with not having instructions or problems with the initial setup that other people complained about I knew wouldn’t be an issue for me....howevaaa, I should have taken heed because this set up was indeed horrific. I wanted to throw the printer out the window lol it was so frustrating. I even went on YouTube to help and sent a message (they referred me somewhere else which wasn’t helpful!). The printer simply wouldn’t connect to the internet then the printer kept having an error message so it would stay blinking red. Loading the ink was another issue...it doesn’t simply snap in place. In addition there’s no markings to tell you which way to load or is it’s correct. All in all, the printer never printed anything. This printer was a struggle and I’m disappointed in HP for that HOT MESS that they couldn’t pay ME to take. Return 2 days later for an Epson.

Simple to set up. Print quality is great. Replacement cartridges are of the average in price.

This is the worst printer I have ever owned. No scan button on the printer - need to go into the app to scan something. It disconnected when our internet went down and its's impossible to figure out how to reconnect it to the internet. I don't care that it's not that old. I'm getting rid of it and getting an Epson. I will eat the money to dump this headache.

This printer is very easy to setup and use with any network setup. It has features for general use to advance users.

This printer has a lot of great features. Perhaps my favorite feature is the dedicated email address that you can send documents to from anywhere at anytime that automatically prints them for you at home, so they are ready when you arrive. It is a good looking device with futuristic, pleasant ambient lighting that glows softly like a nightlight all night. The reason I give it only 3 stars is because it has too many printing errors. Literally 7 out of 10 times I attempted to prints something I get an error message and end up having to troubleshoot for half an hour before I can print.

I cannot connect this printer to my hot spot. I attempted to return it with the ink when I had a day off work. I had no idea I only had 14 days to return because normal return everywhere else is 30 days. Very disappointing I couldn’t return be cause I am unable to connect this printer. There is not anything wrong with the printer, I just am unable to connect to the internet.

We really like this printer! So easy to set up and basically print from anywhere. Can't beat it for the price..

So far this printer is exceeding my expectation. It is more compact then my last printer and works much better.
