No scan button on the printer - need to go into the app to scan something. It disconnected when our internet went down and its's impossible to figure out how to reconnect it to the internet. I don't care that it's not that old. I'm getting rid of it and getting an Epson. I will eat the money to dump this headache.

I attempted to return it with the ink when I had a day off work. I had no idea I only had 14 days to return because normal return everywhere else is 30 days. Very disappointing I couldn’t return be cause I am unable to connect this printer. There is not anything wrong with the printer, I just am unable to connect to the internet.

There was no cord to attach to the computer. So the wireless worked fine until I changed my wireless password and being mostly clueless regarding tech I couldn't get it to connect. So I bought a printer cable because there is a USB port on back of printer but can't get it to work and now the return window is passed.
