The printer is already LOW on Ink even though I prepaid for the HP INK delivery. The printer keeps disconnecting from the network which is frustrating!

I purchased this printer not realizing that when it said wireless it meant wireless only. There was no cord to attach to the computer. So the wireless worked fine until I changed my wireless password and being mostly clueless regarding tech I couldn't get it to connect. So I bought a printer cable because there is a USB port on back of printer but can't get it to work and now the return window is passed.

The printer is fine but the HP software to set-up printer and print and scan is terrible. Have had to call tech support for three different issues within the first month.

I've bought HP printers for years and this is the first one that has disappointed me. It's constantly dropping the wifi connection. It also prints slow, and the scan function is clunky and archaic. It's only 2 months old and I'm already looking at replacing it and just giving this one to a family member or putting it in the closet to have as an emergency backup printer.
