    Wonderful for home use. One little drawback - wish I could get the light to turn off. I assume it stays lit because the printer is always ready for immediate use which is very good.

    Had to wait a long time for a salesman so I googled my question about the purchase got answers on my own. Not a pleasent visit to the store.sales reps standing around talking to each other said they didn't know I needed help thought I was just looking

    The only challenge is estimating the amount of ink to subscribe to. We will find out how that plays out as time goes by as our usage will vary with working and going to school from home.

    The worst printer I have ever worked with. Jams ALL the time no matter what. I have WASTED so much paper with this printer.

    Craig was very well trained & helpful. The printer I wanted was unavailable in store and online, Craig skillfully up sold me a printer that actually serves my needs better.

    Best printer for my needs, has all the features I want and for a lower price. Printer has the software reside on it, so you can print from any device that has necessary drivers.

    Bout this printer because I needed one just for a few. However we don’t use it as often. Overall it’s semi easy to use only downfall it doesn’t have a LCD screen so setting up is pretty hard. Printing photo is the absolute worst

    Came with 2 black inks and no color. Difficult to set up and put on WiFi network. Won’t go into sleep mode so light stays on all the time. We’ll see how long that lasts. Power button does not shut off printer. Have to unplug. Operating buttons awkward and hard to see. Only purchased because online stock very limited. Customer service sent new ink but couldn’t fix other problems. I live 2 hours from the nearest Best Buy so return was not an option. At least it is printing now. Prior epsons were a dream to setup but last 2 failed within 2 years

    This is a perfect buy, the printer that should be in every home. With this printer, I don't need to worry about monitoring when to order another ink, the printer does it for me.

    Only drawback (and I knew it when I bought it) is it doesn't include FAX as part of the function. Also, no instruction manual, only a quick start sheet.

    Does what it’s supposed to. Found it difficult to install and the controls on the screen are confusing. Not as plug and play and easy to use as other wireless printers out there.

    I received this printer on July 28, 2022. and it has stopped working, It will not connect to the internet. I've tried online support, still no results

    Had to return is product, since we could buy ink for the pro jet printer. Best Buy was great to return this printer. Can’t rate due to return. Can’t break down either

    This printer, scanner, copier is more than I hoped for. The setup was a bit confusing but the service department was awesome in helping me get it done. Very happy with it.

    The app is buggy and crashes repeatedly. Does not need to be compatible with Apple products, or software not properly tested before HP released it. Avoid this printer if you are using a Mac.

    I love this printer does everything you need to do. Can order ink without being told connect through app on phone or laptop. Ink is not super expensive.

    I do not recommend this printer. It runs out of ink so quickly. It’s a clever tactic—have the printer run through cartridges quickly doubled with the ability for your printer to order new cartridges directly and HP makes a lot of money from it. But it’s very frustrating for the user. I wish I could chuck it and have my old reliable canon printer back. Even with pieces held on with duck tape, it worked better than this piece of junk. The print quality is fine, but expect to spend a fortune on ink.

    The wi-fi not work! The printer is always off line, We have to desconect the cable all the time because the on/off button still doesnt work. Really bad choice
