    I was looking for a good deal on a laptop with my wish list being: a decent processor, a backlit keyboard, a 2 in 1 form factor, a number pad, and a 15" screen. This laptop checked off all of those boxes for less than $500. I upgraded the ram to 16gb for another $69 (crucial) and it's purring like a kitten. Actually that put off the cooling fan, which can be pretty loud at times coupled with the sub-par touchpad is why this review did not get 5 stars. Worth noting that the tablet feature is rarely used, and if I had to do it again, I would have opted for a faster processor without being 2 in 1. It's wright 6 makes it a bit heavy for tablet mode.

    So far good, works like a charm. I did not know this laptop had a cooling fan for a SSD unit. Not too crazy about everything you need to do just to sign in with Windows 10. Other than that I like this unit. Back light on key board is great.

    A very good computer purchased with a pretty low price. However, the cursor occasionally jumps and hide at the screen top corner. It doesn't happen a lot as the one returned a year ago because of the same issue and not useable. I am still debating to return this one or not because overall it's a very good 2-in-one computer.

    I absolutely love my HP Envy x 360 2 in 1. It’s easy to use come with a 6 mo free virus protection plan. I was looking for a new tablet and bought this and so glad I made the purchase because I bought a computer and a tablet all in one. Looking vex the back light keyboard so I can work in any lighting conditions. It has a 15.6 inch screen flips over to make an amazing touch tablet. I would highly recommend this if you are looking for a 2 in one. Nancy

    I’ve never bought an AMD processor but I love this machine. Even comes with the stylist.

    Would never buy another HP refurbished product. Charger does not work consistently but store directed me to HP support who were little / no help after multiple calls. Have another HP Envy 360 that works fine and was trying to get a second on a budget

    The computer works fine at the moment. Since it is refurbished I've been trying to add the "insurance" but since it is rather noisy but can't figure out how to.
