This laptop works ok. For the price I definitely expected way more. Performance wise it works well but its not a whole lot faster then my older laptop I bought for a quarter of the price 5 years ago so thats a big let down. It gets so hot I cant even hold it on my lap sometimes!! Its absolutely ridiculous how hot the keys get, the charging cord gets hot and I dont understand why. The biggest let down of all is that it doesnt come with a pen, but worse then that i cant even find a pen that is compatible with it!!! I specifically bought this laptop so i could use the tablet mode for drawing and i cant even find a pen that matches with it because they all lag so much. Im not sure how long I will keep this laptop for these reasons.

nice display, great fast (thanks to the great CPU) tough but thin laptop w/ windows 10 home installed.

Working great so far. I really like the keyboard lighting. This is great for early morning when its dark still. I also chose it for the number pad. I use this for my job where I type a lot of numbers. Screen is pretty nice and I like the 2 in 1 nature of it as well. Speakers are okay for a laptop. Have not used the mic. Does play simpler games okay. Would not buy it for that though.

This laptop is everything I was looking for in terms of speed, battery life, and display. I like every feature of this laptop. I am pleased with my purchase, and I highly recommend this laptop.

This is my nephew's device. It's been fine all this time except approx. a week ago the "D" key popped off, because its loose. Now, will need to get it repaired and laptop is approx. 3 months old. We usually do not buy refurbished items. I give it a 3 1/2 because of this current issue.

Got this laptop for my daughter. She is leaving for her freshman year in college and wanted to make sure she had a great laptop.

This laptop worked fine until the hinge completely busted for no reason and is now inoperable. The screen took damage because of the faulty hinge and HP is not offering any extra services for this common issue.

I had so much trouble with this laptop. It has not been 1 year that I bought it and it is in repair for the 3rd time. Also the HP support is a very painful experience. Every time I have an issue I spend HOURS on the chat following instructions. Instead of HP doing the checks and fix they make the customer do them. A very painful process! HP - never again!

Do not buy! The vent for the fan is on the bottom of the laptop so it gets over heated. The keys are just falling off the keyboard for no reason. The keys on the keyboard are all spaced out. The battery on this computer is soo short. I charge it to 100% and it only last about 2-3 hours without being plugged in.
