Shopping at Best Buy is so easy because there are so many people to help you select the correct product for you. As seniors we are not up to date on technology and needed information. It was given to use as we were looking at computers and it seemed the best choice for us was this computer. We were concerned about usability, price and function for our needs.

The option of the touch screen and the ability of flipping the keyboard under the screen so I can display video’s and slideshows at my booth at camp fairs has proven to be of great benefit for my business. This was a very last-minute purchase as all stores were being closed the next day due Covid quarantine so I wasn't able to research it at all. This laptop has been wonderful. I love that it is touchscreen and is completely foldable so I can use it like a large tablet.

Loads of memory, perfect size, love the touch screen and the keyboard is perfectly sized snd situated I love that it has the 10- key on the side. That makes it so much better, handier. It’s very user friendly i am not real tech-Savy and I have no problem using it. I would recommend this laptop to new users as well as experts.

This laptop is...fine. You shouldn't have any trouble completing basic tasks, and it's great for school. The trackpack is fine, enough space for my hand and it's pretty accurate. The SSD on this is amazing, takes like two seconds to boot up. One thing I'll say is that this computer gets hot. If you want to experience the full potential of the CPU, you'll need to set the PC on best performance, which will cause the fans to be loud and it'll heat quickly. Sucks because if you don't put it on best performance, it'll be painfully slow. Also, the fan broke on me about 6 months after purchase. It started to make VERY loud sounds no matter what, even if the laptop wasn't being used heavily. That's just sad. HP used to make some good laptops, so what happened? I replaced it and it's working fine. Anyways, this laptop is not the best, just because the fan broke way too early and it heats too much. It's not the worst though, everything else about this laptop is good. Still, stay away from this...

When my MacBook pro needed to be replaced I decided to go back to a pc. I needed to refresh my pc skills, but I found this HP to be fairly user friendly. I wanted to stay with 15 inch screen and this is also a touchscreen. This computer is thin and light. I got a lot of computer for a less money, than I would have spent on a MacBook again. I've only had it for less than a month, but so far I have been happy.

This laptop is probably my fifth, for home and leisure. So far, I'm impressed with the fast startup, and the battery life. Screen size and clarity is exceptional also. My only issue, is the sound. A little more volume is needed, at times. Otherwise, I am happy with this product, and would recommend to a friend.

So far I am loving this laptop. Easy setup and use. Good quality for sound and picture. My kids love the touch screen option. My only problem was the camera, which was human error. It has a nice little switch on the side that turns of the camera that I didn't know about. Overall its a great laptop

Great laptop even for a non-tech person like me. Definitely got more bang for my buck than I expected to. Easy to use for someone like me - very user friendly and easy to get set up on. Love the touch screen and haven't even begun to explore all the features. I would highly recommend this machine.

I really like this computer -- my last one was 8 years old and Samsung (which I did like, but wore out!). My wife has an HP so I went the same -- it is fast and the touch screen is really handy. Definitely recommend it. Connected easily to my Epson printer, and all my files transferred perfectly.

About the only thing I don’t like is the keyboard. It’s hard to see in varying lights. This was not evident in the store when the angle viewing the keyboard was from above looking down on the keyboard. When using the laptop of course the angle view is much different. Using the backlight option (alt 5) helps sometimes but rarely. My prior laptop was a Dell and I did not have this issue. I will need to be more diligent with my next purchase FYI, my answer to ‘would you recommend to a friend’ would be “maybe” (but that’s not an option), because of the keyboard view issue

First, I am a Mac guy. I prefer to use Macs at home and work. I bought this HP Envy x360 2-in-1 for a Windows specific application in my hobby wood shop. That said, this is a very nice computer. The Windows 10 operating system runs smoothly with the core i5 processor and the 256gb SSD. The display is crisp and vibrant as well. All in all a good value for the price.
