I bought this laptop to replace an older HP that didn't have a big hard drive, RAM, processor, etc. For the price, it is an amazing laptop with plenty of speed and storage space. I gave it 5 stars, but I've only owned it less than a week. All in all it was a great purchase to replace my old one.

My first HP Laptop & it is very nice. Geek Squad loaded data from my other laptop & then wiped it clean to original factory settings. Still learning to navigate on this computer; "ALEXA" is a rather nice option as well as Bluetooth on this device. The entire team at the Boise Best Buy Store was helpful in so many ways. Keyboard is quick and responsive & Geek Squad Tech was personable and required my bring computer to Best Buy Store a couple times to fine tune & organize email account as I opted to use the email that was a part of the system on this computer, rather than utilize the somewhat outdated system from the old laptop. Still learning to organize certain files so they are not all-over-the place on this computer like the previous laptop. Thank you Best Buy, Boise for your timely assistance in making this a better experience.

I love this laptop. I don't stream anything or play any games - it's strictly for college purposes. It's a little heavy compared to others, but the keys have a great feel and the resolution is really crisp. I love the touch screen as well.

I ordered this laptop for work and I probably haven't begun to use all its capabilities yet. Its fast. Really fast. Very easy to use and set up, lightweight, great screen. I'm no expert - just know that its easy to use and I'm very pleased.

My last laptop purchase was a Dell a couple of years ago and I literally attempted to use it 5x before deciding to give it to my toddler to play with. Total junk. Maybe I'm critical because I'm used to the performance of my Macs. I was a little skeptical to buy this after that 1 solo, negative review but all the other versions had stellar ratings so I took the chance and I'm THRILLED with it! Granted it did just come today and I just set it up - this thing is lightening fast!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is for work while traveling and I am confident this laptop will keep me productive and my boss will have no idea I'm on vacation ;)

Love this computer. I am not a computer geek so it is so easy user friendly and from the minute I walked in my sales person was awesome!! Helped me find and easy, user friendly computer for my needs!! Great touch screen to add to it.

The touch pad is the only part of this laptop that took a star away. It sticks in a weird way and doesn't move how it should sometimes. Otherwise, the color is beautiful. The speed is great. Easy to function, touchscreen and regular view. Battery is okay. I love that the keyboard lights up.

Easy and quick shopping experience. I like the computer but was disappointed in the lack of USB ports. There are other newer connection options but I will need to add an external usb port. It is fast, lightweight and easy to use. I do like the touchscreen which works well for my needs.

It’s nice touchscreen easy to set up step by step the computer helps you get it going ... that was good for me because I’m not tech savvy but needed a computer to help me with all my every day life over all I’m happy with my purchase

This computer is the best! It’s light weight and I love the touchscreen capabilities. Plus it has the fingerprint security feature that allows you to login without having to use a password but just your fingertip. Love it!

Love this touchscreen laptop. It is lightweight yet very fast and great ease of using the 2 in 1 aspect too.

This computer does everything I need and more. I needed a computer that I could download games to and not be afraid of taking up to much space. It is fast and lots of room to add to my growing games collection

I love laptop with touchscreen and IntelCore i7. It is extremely fast,. has an excellent memory and RAM. It is a reliable and easy to work. This is my favorite laptop because it has the specifications that I like it.

The laptop was purchased as our main laptop and for my daughter to use while she is doing home school. I works great! My daughter loves the touch screen and I love the backlight keyboard and speed of the i7!

I purchased this laptop in 15.6 in for my daughter who just started her first year of college she was using an older HP laptop that just could not keep up with the multi-platforms that she has use simultaneously. I am at HP loyal customer but this one definitely won me over with this quick response no lag and all the nice added features like touch screen able to use it as a tablet. I love the sleek design of this model and packs acoustic of Bang & Olufsen speakers sound absolutely amazing!!

Bought this Laptop because I needed to up grade my old one, however I thought the battery power would have been improved and I am disappointed that I don't get a full days work out of it before I have to plug it in again. I wish it had more USB ports.

Purchased as a replacement for an older model Envy x360. Obviously it's faster with and features like fingerprint login. The price for the newest Intel I7 Gen 11 was comparable to my older Envy x360 so that was a great bonus. My only concern is that the smaller keyboard keys are hard to determine what functions are associated with them without having the keyboard lit up.

I purchased this laptop to use for a software development boot camp program. Because of the nature of the program, I needed a laptop with a large about of RAM, storage, and a fast processor. After researching and comparing different brands, I decided this machine offered the best value. My bootcamp hasn't started yet, so I'm not sure how well it will hold up for programming. The laptop is fast and has worked well for general web browsing. The touch screen is a bonus. I am hesitant to use the laptop as a tablet as there is no protection for the keyboard or touchpad.

This computer was really easy to set up and get running. I wanted something that would work well with Zoom and this one has done very well so far. It allows me to see the maximum number of participants and is quick to respond to my comments. It feels nice and comfortable to use. Nice sound too.

Very nice laptop. Really fast, keyboard is smooth, plenty of storage, beautiful screen. I like that it's a convertible so you can use it as a tablet. What's not to like. I highly recommend it.
