Great laptop. Good for the family has touchscreen and is very fast. I7 processor really shows !

After a couple of months of research looking for a powerful, affordable PC to facilitate working at home, I decided this HP Envy had every feature I was looking for, so six weeks ago, I purchased this laptop. I love everything about this laptop; it is fast and powerful. I find it a bit heavy compared to my MacBook Air, but I don't need it to be portable, so for me, that is not a negative. I highly recommend this laptop.

Starts up lightening fast and has almost no lag when switching from one open tab to another. It is much quieter than expected and I also have not detected abnormal amounts of heat thrown off. Very glad that it was not overloaded with start up ads and programs that had to be removed. The screen is very bright and the colors are outstanding. Great purchase and after sale service could not have been better

I am very pleased with this computer. It transfers files fast and with the Optane it starts up about as fast as a phone does. It has touchscreen and decent speakers. The screen has good display. I use it to output HDMI video to my HD tv and the picture quality is close. It easy to navigate once you get it setup. It's perfect choice for average user. It probably has more than a normal person would use it for.

Great computer. My 1st had a factory defect that could not be repaired. Microsoft One Cloud and One Drive were my saving graces. I chose to purchase another because of its design and processor. The fingerprint sign in saves so much time when needing to access projects on my laptop quickly and the touchscreen allows for quick edits and jotting down notes. Praying this new one last the test of time.

Great computer for the price. Love the touch screen. Giving 4 stars because we had to return the first one due to a bad key on the keyboard (key came completely off and wouldn't go back on). BestBuy was great and swapped out the computer hassle free. So far, so good on the second one.

I bought brand new about one month ago. So far, it's perfect. It took buying FOUR NEW HP laptops in about six weeks--finally this one--to find one that didn't malfunction right out of the box. Maybe I'm nuts to stay brand loyal, but I had a HP laptop last from 2007 to 2020, and my husband loves them too. Very quiet, very fast, fancy features. BIG upgrade from 2007 Pavilion model.

It's a great computer. The keyboard is great, especially with the number keypad. Definitely makes entering numerical information easier. It's thin and light weight. Screen is super clear, though I'm still pondering the screen because it has an extreme amount of glare (glassy/shiny) screen. Another reason for not giving the fifth star is because it seems the screen goes black when I'm messing around with excel. Lastly, it's a little one the expensive side.
