Love this laptop. Fast and powerful. Nice looking. Keyboard easy to type on. Traveled well all over Europe. Nice bright screen.

Great Laptop with powerful specs and least 16GB of ram and a 512GB SSD. You want to get a machine with at least the 512GB SSD and speed

Excellent performance and look. Needed a laptop with USB port, so had to purchase USB-c adapter to USB. Otherwise it had everything I need.

It's my first laptop so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I really like it. Easy to use, great display and has good sound.

I have another Envy that I love and needed to quickly buy a dedicated laptop for work. There are two issues, the power port and the HDMI port. Both are located on the right side and the power port (USB3) is almost in the middle of the side. As a result, whenever I connect to the my second monitor and/or have the power connected, those cables are in the way of my right hand and mouse. Shame on me for not noticing this prior to purchase but I would never recommend this laptop for that reason. If you're a lefty, this is the laptop for you!

It's beautiful and I am most pleased with its performance. The key size took a little time to get used to, but now I can go lickety split.

Lighting Speed. Had to upgrade form a desktop for a remote moonlighter job and don't regret it! 300 off at Christmas time.

This is a touch-screen laptop. After several months of use, the cursor occasionally loses control. After 5 months of use, the cursor lost control for many times, resulting in the inability of the computer to use. I took my laptop to the physical store of Bestbuy, and the staff asked me to contact HP by myself. So I contacted HP online, and they said that there might be a problem with the mouse. Then I bought a new mouse, but the same problem still occurred. After many contacts, the mouse problem was eliminated and I was asked to mail my laptop to HP's SERVICE CENTER. HP thinks there is something wrong with the dispaly, and I agree with him. Hope it can be repaired for me.

Set up was easy using Geek squad support over the phone very patient with us no tech savvy folks. Laptop has software and hardware needed for us.

Fairly easy to type on. Filled up memory with photos extremely fast. Battery doesn't seem to last very long since I'm always looking for the charger. Doesn't want to recognize me most of the time when logging on and I end up using the pin. Works well enough. I'm just not impressed or filled with joy to use it.

If this laptop had a separate number keypad, it would rate five stars. Replacement for my four year old Envy. Don't really notice much difference.

Straight forward to set up. Transfer of data done via external drive was fast. Keyboard and screen really good.Touch screen with finger or pen was seamless

Love this HP Envy! Great size for work at home and it does everything I need for school and work. Easy to see keys and functions.

I love this computer, it is very lightweight, the screen resolution is amazing, and facial recognition makes security even better.

Great speed. Love the convertible tablet. It has all the storage space to last a long time. It is great for my college student.

Lit keyboard, plenty of ram & newest processor, facial recognition & good sound system. Only draw back is no numerical keypad.

Great for Djing! I also bought a small external hard drive to store music on. The touch screen is useful for other projects.
