The printer was great but I returned it due to Best Buy's inability to hook this item up to my laptop. I went to a competitor and purchased a printer.

We are using this printer for our motorhome as we travel. it's small enough to fit on a shelf and it's a laser printer so we don't have to worry about the ink tanks drying up. So far so good.

So easy! Once I set up the wireless connection the lights remained steady as expected. All my devices can see the printer to send print jobs via AirPrint. The compact size allows it to fit on my desktop behind my monitors.

I'm retired now and use printer only a few times during a year. The printer I replaced used ink, every time I wanted to use it, it took a while to get the ink going. With the use of toner, the problem is solved. Compact and out of the way, I can keep it set up for easy access. I love the scanner, I use it all the time.

The best ever printer. Those more expensive did not work as well.

Went looking for a new printer and while shopping a man asked if he could help. He did and introduced himself as area rep for HP. Passed on what we were wanting and this is the printer we wound up with. Easy setup, works great and have had no issues. Thanks much to this gentleman and Best Buy.

Quick setup, easy, small printer fits our minimal needs.

This is perfect as a secondary printer. Not super fast, but fast enough to get the job done. Quality of prints is excellent and it's nice to not be worried about ink drying out like inkjet printers. For home or small business use where you don't need extreme speed or color, this is a keeper at a very reasonable price.

There is so much I like about this printer. Great size, prints only black, uses a toner cartridge and prints everything so clearly. My one negative is it does not do two sided printing. Never knew that was an option to consider.
