The Good - 1. Excellent Print Quality 2. Sharp Colors 3. Toner capacity vs ink (we'll see when its time to re-buy toner though, ha!) 4. Very easy wireless setup The Bad - 1. Software Suite is a little bloated (but what printer suite isn't) Overall I'd recommend this printer to anyone looking for a good quality wireless laser printer. My wife home-schools and prints tons of worksheets and printable so moving to a laser printer made economical sense for us, though in the end the cost difference between toner and ink isn't as huge as some would lead you to believe, at least in a home setting. The real plus is number of pages you can print before having to change a toner cartridge, not having to run out and buy ink every 500 pages is nice. One thing I would recommend is setting the printer to a static IP with an IP reservation on your wireless router. Depending on how you set it up in Windows, it may not show up on your PC or Google Cloud Print after rebooting your router without some tinkering.

I've only had it for a few weeks but so far, so good. Easy to set-up with my Mac computers. It works as advertised and I am happy with it. One thing, however: this printer is big and heavy, so a smaller person might have a problem placing it somewhere - you will need a good amount of space to place it on your work table or space. My previous HP printer (laser) finally passed on after many years of excellent service, so naturally I replaced it with a new HP. I saw no reason to experiment with another brand, although there may some other fine brands of printers out there. BTW - I was happy to hear from the Best Buy sales rep. in the store that Best Buy would match any on-line price for this printer - which they did.

This is the best color wireless laser printer for the money. Easy setup and it has touch screen menu. You can print from any computer and smartphone. Print quality is great. I would recommend this to anyone.

Looking for a fast wireless color printer for printing work reports. Saw this laser printer on clearance. In addition, it was further discounted as an open box item. That put it on par with average ink jet printers. Easy set up, works flawlessly and much faster than current HP inkjet all in one. Very pleased with this printer. Refills are expensive but you get more pages per cartridge. Color cartridges are separate so you do not waste one or more colors if another color is out. Highly recomended.

User friendly; easy setup; good looking text and color pictures on regular paper for documents. I love that pages I take with me shopping or use in the kitchen while cooking do not smear if they get wet. Great for genealogy and other papers that need to last many years. I do wish the ink indicator were more accurate. It notified me I was low in black ink several months ago. I'm still printing from the same cartridge. Glad I didn't change it at the first indication.

I usually buy Dell, but picked up this Hp for the features, and it does everything it says with ease. In 30 minutes, I had it set up on a table and configured to print from my pc, laptop, and smartphone. I love that I can print remotely too, don't even have to be home! Great buy for the money also.

Great printer, color is vibrant, fast and so easy to set up, can print wireless from laptop, desktop, iPad and phone, one setup and all printed with ease. Photo printing and even printing on vinyl to make stickers for grandchildren. Love this printer!

Very fast laser printer. Setup was easy and price was fair. However, when I got to the store there was a sale so I was able to save some more $. Sales rep was straight forward and did not try to upsell me after I told him what I needed in a printer. He also informed me that there was toner included with the purchase, and that I didn't need to buy all new toner right away.

have had this for under a month so longevity I'm not too sure on. It was very easy to set, including the software. So far, the print jobs have come out amazing with great color accuracy. It's not the fastest printer, nor is it the quietest, but it's for a home office and I'm not bothered by those minor flaws.

While the replacement toner cartridges are expensive for this HP printer, I estimate that I will save over 50% on my supply costs v. a comparable "inkjet" printer. The quality of plain paper printing of text and text with color is excellent. The quality of printing a photo is very acceptable. Primary use is in a home office environment. So far I am very pleased with the quality of this HP Printer. I would highly recommend this model to someone looking for a very good, home office, laser printer.

Good Printer for the price..it's not the fastest printers but it does the job well. I have only printed couple of sheets so far and I have been satisfied with the quality. The only thing I do not like is the tray its not deep enough and it doesn't stay attached when pulled half way. You can only put less than an inch of paper inside the tray.

I purchased this to reply my old HP LaserJet 1200. The old printer had done 130,000+ copies with les than 20 jams so it set the bar pretty high. I picked this one as it was a HP product that had some fairly good reviews. So far it prints well, wirelessly, and the color is great. My only complaint is the toner cartridges don't last very long.

Easy setup on wireless network. Air print from any device: iPad, iPhone, iMac and PC. Quality of color good for handouts and family mailings. Not photo quality, nor meant to be, but exceeded my expectations. Goes into sleep mode and awakes well picking up on print requests in queue w/o issue.

I bought this printer for home after growing tired of poor print quality and wireless issues with inkjet printer. This printer works great. Easy to setup and install and great printing quality at a low price. I'll never buy an inkjet again.

So far this printer has been great! Works as advertised. And it's AirPrint feature using my iPhone or Mac to print via Wifi works seamlessly. It's the ink that I'm watching and the arm and a leg it might cost to replace those cartridges. Time will tell.

The printer is flawless, well built and well made by the company of great technology HP. Been using it with my iPhone 6, IPAD and with MacBook pro. Well packaged and very simple to use. I'm really satisfied about this printer.

As expected it has superior print quality. Starts up quickly and has excellent features. Unfortunately though the print speed is slower than I had expected. All and all this is a GREAT printer!!

This printer was amazingly simple to install and start using. The wireless capability has allowed me to print from all my devices. If you want an easy to use Laserjet this is a good choice for the money.

My wife prints a lot in color which I am not a fan of. It seemed like we were always out of ink which gets expensive. It was almost easier to by a new printer than by New ink cartridges. With this unit we get the best quality we have ever had and we also get the big cartridge which last a lot longer and do not cost that much more. You get like 1400 to 1800 vs. Like 400. That is 4 times as much. It is also wireless which is great. I can print my work stuff write of my phone or laptop. I have no regrets.

I have been watching the prices go up and down and up on this model printer for several months. I saw the low price that HP had on their website and then checked Best Buy. Best Buy had it for the same price but it was in town! I purchased online and went and picked it up, It was that simple. The printer is great! I've had HP inkjet printers for years but hate buying all those refills. I wanted a laser printer and this one is great. It's fast and easy to set up and use. I can print from anywhere in the house. : )
