I love it. It was priced right and replaced my old printer. I'm so glad that I made this purchase to upgrade my desktop hardware. My only regret is that I waited so long.

I'm a small business owner and use it every other day I wanted speed, simplicity and reliability that's why I chose this one. I'm dissapointed to say the least, when I try to scan something to upload documents on laptop I often have to turn it off and back on to keep scanning documents because sometimes it doesn't and get errors like blanks after scanning as well as other issues. I don't have time to deal with simple stuff like scanning and printing issues.. that was the whole point of getting this one to avoid that. I could've got a $50 printer that doesn't have those issues. I can't imagine a business running this daily.

The printer itself is a great versatile printer. I really like it. However, I tried to add the printer to my Windows 8 computer and it could not be done. Could not upgrade 8 to 10 or 11 either. Ended up buying a new computer with windows 11. Not a great solution.

Only reason I give only 4 is the scan connection drops sometimes and I have to re-start the printer. Same after a jam. The software continues to detect a jam.

Was getting sick of dried up ink everytime i went to print something with my old inkjet printer. So i spung for a laser printer. Hooked it up to my home network via ethernet and connected to everything with no problems. So far so good!

This printer has been amazing for both of my small medical offices in town. On average we print ~100 pages/day and scan ~50 pages/day and it has been efficient in keeping up with this.

It's been a solid printer so far. HP is a good brand for laser printers. I didnt think i would care about the extras like pre fab forms and such that come with the HP software, but I find them useful.

I purchased this less than a year ago since I have had to replace the toner four times...my last purchase from OfficeMax was $385 plus for toner AND yes I tried to use off brand of toner. The first time the off brand at $139 (more reasonably priced) worked. The second time I purchased the less expensive toner. I found that I was SOL because HP has decided to put chips on their toner and if you don't use thier toner you will be locked out of your printer...truth being told here. If you want us to use only your toner HP then make it affordable. You guys do the math for yourselves. I am done with mine. It works just fine but the at the price of their toner it is just not worth it to me.
