Great printer for a small office, Easy to install and fast printing

What I love the most about my HP LJ Pro 330 Printer is the ease of the setup. The price, user instructions, printer setup (including remote printing), printer control panel visual and all the printer features are not only user friendly but accommodates all my printer needs for home use.

Easy to set up but a little buggy at first. Scans very well and was easy to use for that purpose. Printing has been a bit of a problem. Finally got assistance from HP and it seems to be printing okay now.

Seems to do the job. I have not had to use it significantly, but i am sure it will be fine.

Excellent delivery, easy setup. Good quality. Make sure to measure your space and check specs. Thankfully, this just fit my desk space.

The printer is a smaller version of an HP fdw printer that I had for work. This one works flawlessly just as my fdw work printer did.

I really don't need a printer with as many features as this one has, but so far I am quite pleased with it. It produces very good images, and at an impressive clip, too. One feature I really like: you can feed it a multi-page source document, with a variety of paper sizes and types, and have it reproduce the source as a PDF file (among other choices). Hint to other buyers: download the online user manual. It has a lot of illustrations and step by step directions about using it.

Connected it to 5ghz wifi mesh that I have at home and now each time when I need to print something I can do that very fast because this printer stays online all the time. Not like my previous one that can be connected only to 2.4 wifi and you need to turn it on each time. I very recommend it, it's very good value.

Bought this based on reviews and Best Buy's reputation for support. Right out of the box the setup and instructions were lacking specifics and troubleshooting guidance. I purchased the protection plan from Best Buy, which I found out does not include Tech Support -- so be aware of what the protection plan includes (found out via calls to Tech Spt that a call to them for troubleshooting help would result in additional charges). After several days of troubleshooting by myself (I am not technically savy so it was hours of research followed by trial and error), as well as installation and re-installation of drivers for this printer and seeking to resolve "error" messages, it appears the printer is now functioning ok, but time will tell! Specifically after what I initially thought was a successful set-up, the printer failed on two occasions and would not print, which appeared to be a corrupted driver which led me to delete and reinstall. Note that I used a Wi-Fi setup from a home system, which has worked perfectly for several years. Also I am a believer in HP Printers and this one was a replacement for a HP Printer that had worked well since 2014. Bottomline, after painful setup operations, the printer is now working ok.

Bought this unit on sale. Set up was easy, the download of the correct drivers went though seemlessly. I had issues with another Canon Laser printer I purhcased about 1 year ago for my office that took 30 min or so and downloading various drivers to finally get it connected. The scanner quality is very good and so far no issues with printing. This is repalcing an old HP Officejet I had for about 11 years that finally gave out.

We love this printer!! It is fast, works perfectly on our wireless connect system. Print quality is perfect.

We were in desperate need to replace our very very old printer. At the end of it's use it was like watching paint dry printing was that slow. Easy set upon this model and all functions work perfectly. Very fast printer.

This is the best printer I have ever owned. Beautiful color prints and everything you need. Highly recommend getting replacement laser ink cartridges from Amazon. They are less than a 3rd the price and work perfect

This HP LaserJet is pretty much exactly what you'd expect – it prints, scans, and connects wirelessly without being a headache. I've been using it for my business for about a year and haven't had any problems, which for a printer is honestly a win. It's reliable and gets the job done, but nothing about it is going to wow you. The biggest annoyance is that the ink is expensive and nowhere near me stocks it, so I'm constantly ordering online and waiting around. If you need a solid, no-drama printer for work it's fine. Just don't expect anything extraordinary.
