Great Printer for a Small Business

I should have purchased this one to begin with! The feed tray and multiple page scanning has helped me immensely by saving a lot of time (instead of scanning page-by-page). Overall, it has worked great for my small business, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Firmware / Software issue on a nicely setup machin

With this printer I set it up printed for one day they recieve a blue error code DD000F58 which is a Firmware related error. I went on line to find a solution and only could fine some suggestion on the HP web site, and on YouTube found a factory reset code, https://www.youtube.com/shorts/_OUC4VNdfvo , Followed the instructions however could not execute the factory reset. I returned the machine to Best Buy for another new machine and on the 2nd machine I had the same problem after printing 10 pages. HP has a problem within the firmware / Software on the particular machine. On the HP online group I notice that were 15 other disappointed owners with the same problem. This has to be a software issue on an otherwise good machine.
