A few weeks I have owned this product haven’t used all the performances offered at this time. Due to Covid no tutorial. Learning as I go along and the need for a job to use this printer

Not having to worry about ink getting low is awesome. It comes whenever it’s low and is much cheaper than buying it when needed. Great value.

Very easy to use. Easy to install. And months of free InstantInk was the icing on the cake! I'll recommend this product to all of the "safe at home" folks. I couldn't have done my job without it. # #TeamKentucky #Together #SafeAtHome

I haven't really used it yet. I need to set it up I had a problem with ink cartridge, so have take back to store to make sure they're installed correctly. Hopefully it will be a piece of cake setting it up

The adjustment feature on the feed tray does not work...and untilBB reopens I have no idea how to fix it. ....does no seem to interfere with operation...otherwise it best printer I ever owned

This is my 4th all in one printer from hp 8030.happy I have had extended warranty because they have all broke down within 3to 4 months of use.

Very happy with our new HP printer. It prints well, and is multi-functional. We would highly recommend. Only issue is price - we wish it would have been a little cheaper.

Great Printer. Easy to install, easy to setup wireless pairing. Still using it to this day. Ink is cheap and easy to replace.

This printer works ok. Does not seem as sturdy as my previous HP printer, and the output is a little slower as well. The Smart app did not work so well for setup, so setup did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, but the mission was finally accomplished. The print clarity is good. I don’t need it to be fast, so I am not that bothered by the fact that it seems to take a little longer to print than the printer this replaced. Overall, it does the job, and the print quality and alignment seem to be good so far.

Having problems with printing. Have to unpug and reset if not used for a few days

This Hp Printer I bought at Best Buy was great and Donnie the manager helped me tremendously. The price and features on the printer was everything I wanted.

The Office Jet Pro 8035e is a great printer. It has so many excellent features for a home office that I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.

HP has been my go to for printers for years because of its reliability and functionality. This oneis no exception as it has all of the features I need for my small business and personal use.

I was recently laid off and my purchase of an HP computer and printer have allowed to me to scan and email document without having to leave home. My search for a new job has been less stressful than I ever could have imagined.

If you need a printer it has worked without problems, though I have only used it to print 5 pages since purchasing. Flimsy plastic paper tray. Want to return this as it does not serve its purpose. I needed a new scanner with a duplex document feeder so bought this specifically because my understanding was that I could duplex scan. I repeatedly told the Best Buy rep helping me that I had no interest in the printing features he kept pushing as I have a printer but needed a scanner that can scan both sides of a sheet without having to flip the stack over. After wrestling with WiFi & computer connection for days turns out it DOES NOT duplex scan, manual hardly mentions the scanning capability. Am not happy but it is too late to return. Am using my cranky old scanner in preference to this model. First not-so-good experience with Best Buy sales rep .

If you have a home office, you might be able to use this machine. But if you have a lot of printing to do this is not the machine for that type of work.

Our family had an old HP printer that we used for the last 10 years. It was basically on it's last leg and required way too much ink to keep going. Our new HP printer is much more efficient and to date, it hasn't used as much ink.

Great printer! Best Buy sales person did a nice job of explaining the features and benefits. I also signed up for the HP+ ink program and love it.

I had to work from home for a couple months and this scanner, copier, printer has been great! it was a perfect purchase. I love the black and white, OR color option. I'm really impressed with how well of a product it's been.

Okay printer/scanner with cheap power button and paper tray. Print and scan functions are fine. Guides for scanner only work for letter/legal size paper not envelopes. Paper tray is cheap and not easy to open/close as the lid fully separates and doesn’t lock in easily. Paper tray too short to hold legal paper even though printer has it as an option. Power button gets stuck every. single. time. I would return but COVID limits that option.
