    I bought this to replace a 9.5-year-old HP printer, because I trust the brand and I wanted easy compatibility with my HP laptops, and I didn't want to spend too much money. Although it worked well and printed fine, I found it to be somewhat flimsy, compared to my previous printer, and I was frustrated to have to use my phone, rather than a real printed manual, in the setup process. I also didn't like HP trying to force me into their "instant ink" program. The information screen provided very little information. So I took the printer back to Best Buy and exchanged it for an HP9125e printer, which is much sturdier.

    This printer was easy to unbox and set up. I wanted it to work with all my apple products and not install any more apps to get it to work and i didn’t have to since it supports apple air print so i would highly recommend to anyone wanting to do that.

    I love my new printer, especially with the perks I received. I have used HP for as long as I can remember, and I love my HP's. At 73, I can't change now. HP is my Happy Place for Happy Printing, Scanning and everything.

    I like the new Printer/Scanner. I no longer needed the FAX feature and this is a great choice. I've always preferred HP and utilize the Instant Ink to save time & money

    I thought I was able to us third party printer ink. But was wrong. Only HP printer ink for this printer. Yet the prints are clean and colorful.

    The printer was a good buy. The price was very competitive. I would buy it again. The only problem I had was it would no work on Win10. I had to upgrade the system to Win11. HP had no drivers for Win10

    its not fair for me to rate the machine as i never got to use it...the supplied yellow ink would not sync with the printer. So as any normal person would do i went to by a new yellow ink cartridge. The machine kept telling me to use the supplied cartridge.... long story short after a very long tech support chat/video call i was upgraded from the monthly HP ink to HP Plus, returned the machine and received a new printer via ups 2 days later.
