It took some time to set up, and the paper tray upper door is too flimsy and does not want to close after u lift it.

Overall the the price. I would recommend it. I like HP products.

Slow, poor controls. If anyone had explained using rewards, oi would have bought a more expensive model.

Had a horrible time trying to set up/// took all day and lots of online reading!!! Still not 100% fixed but will work on it some more later.

Compared to what I had before, it is 'klunky' and some parts seem to be cheaply made

I'm not totally convinced that i like this printer. It takes an awfully long time to start printing. It won't accept more print jobs until the one its working on finishes. I need to use morefeatures to fully review it.

Great printer easy set up. No problems would buy again

I purchased this item, attempted to install it. [Have had 3 other HP printers in past / no particular trouble.] I realized I did not have time to complete the task as I needed to pack for an important trip. Upon returning from the trip, I spent about 4 hours attempting to install. Even with help, I was unable to get past the printing of the "alignment sheet" - with more help, the message I received from HP was: "Looks like we have no support for you ....." I returned the product to Best Buy. It shouldn't be that complicated to install a home printer. Really.

I had a difficult time setting it up and wind up getting The Geek Squad involved which caused me to have purchase a 199.00 member membership.

Worst printer I've ever owned. Does not communicate with PC and constantly reverts to offline status. Spent 5 entire days trying to resolve problem and will be returning. Problem with printer drivers downloading and suddenly restarting. Printed 4 whole pages IN 5 DAYS! Last HP printer I will ever own.

A very good printer but when i scan documents to email, it doesn’t work.

Would like to have port to add memory stick for scanning. Seems very light weight … the paper extender for print documents needs to be enlarged with better extender

Hard to get ink priced too high and hard to put in cartridges

I thought that this was a bargain, but the printer stopped responding to print job and now I cannot print from my computer! I cannot get it to print and I don't know where to turn. I called the phone number for Best Buy Geek Squad and left a message for them to call me, but they did not call. I'm not happy with my purchase, not Geek Squad! This is terrible!

This is a piece of junk. Worked good until it updated the firmware. Customer service is non-existent. Now its just a paperweight. Connects to computer but wont print, everything is stuck in queue. Of course its just after the return date. Stay away form HP

I didnt like it ,whenever I set it up it goes off line tried everyway nothing works

Great when it actually works. This is the worst printer I have ever owned. Every week or so it disconnects itself and it takes forever to get it back online. HP support is a waste of time.
