Overall, great product, easy to set up easy to use, just found little bit hard to operate from the touch screen.

Honestly for at home printer, it gets the job done. We print about 5 to 15 pages per week, and it does it at decent speed. Do not expect it to be a corporate office printer speed.

Printer works quickly with excellent print quality. Some of my software was older and it would have been helpful for the printer instructions to note that it may not support older software.

This thing is awesome. Easy setup was printing the documents I needed in a matter of minutes. Great security features that I like to protect you and not let outside people try and access it. Ordered online and was ready for pick up in less than 30 minutes which was amazingly fast.

The HP Officejet Pro 8135e is a fast, reliable all-in-one printer ideal for home offices, praised for crisp text and the easy-to-use HP Smart App. Downsides include mixed color quality for photos and its use of dynamic security to restrict non-HP ink cartridges.

It's an HP. I bought because it's new and has instant ink which I already pay for. Otherwise I may have switched companies. Was not hard to set up but was not easy. Lots of error messages. I had to mess with it for two hours to get it right. It's a little slower than my 9 year old hp printer. It does the job plus I like it has some security measures and seems to print a little easier than the old one which did not like my network setup.

This printer has a great display and was easy to set up and responds well. The only challenge we have is the plastic section is difficult to get out...and in...that catches the paper after the printing. The quality of the black print is clear. But sometimes the color seems a bit off on photos. I am pleased with my buying decision.

THIS PRINTER IS VERY GOOD JUST SETUP AND WILL NEED SOME WORK ON SCAN BUT IT WORKS GOOD WITH MY WIFI AND THAT WAS A PLUS TOO. IT ALSO WAS NOT HARD FOR THE MAC TO SUPPORT GLAD OF THAT. A GOOD UPGRADE CHOICE NOW MAY NEED GEEK SQAUD FOR SOME IRONING NOT BUT THAT WILL BE FINE. HP IS NOT GOOD AT ALL TO ANSWER QUESTIONS.

The printer is adequate. I find it prints a little on the slow side, but the printing itself is good. If you don't do huge amounts of printing and need it for a home office, it is fine.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e excels in fast printing, efficient ink management, and is well-designed for heavy use.
However, the setup process is frustrating, ink refills are pricey (up to $80), and it’s slow to start printing after being selected. A good choice for high-volume users, but not without its drawbacks.
