    More difficult to operate than my previous model. No more hitting control P and I got my printed copy. Every new product I purchase requires more and more training for me. Not easy to find someone to train me.

    Setup instructions were incomplete, and three weeks after purchase, I still have to turn my computer off-line before I can copy anything. Still don't know how/if I can scan, but maybe i'll be able to. It's noisy and slower than my 10-year old Canon.

    Does the job for as long as the warranty last! I would have preferred the new add your ink model , but it did not have the options I required . Last model 's printer head lasted three years. Cheaper to buy a new printer. Customer service was more interested in selling me a new printer and ink service than admitting these printers will not last much more than their warranted period of time.

    I would have expected better from HP. Noisy and after printing the machine sounds like it is about to take off. Our older HP printer was much better (quality & Speed & ease of use) but it died after 7 years..
