I regret this purchase and may return it. Initial set up took over 3 hours, trying to download apps and following set up directions online which are confusing. HP AI support is a joke. I'm working with Geek Squad now as scan and fax functions still not working. Print quality is good. Machine is very noisy.

The instructions that came with the printer did not explain all of the details that are needed to use all the printer’s aspects. I was informed that the only way I could scan a document to my computer was to download an App. I have been able to do that with every other HP printer I have had, but not this one. I also had to increase the quality of the print to get a reasonable readable document. That just involves using more ink. Not good!

I went back and forth on ordering this printer based on other reviews. Its reviews weren’t any worse than every other printer I looked at and the good did outweigh the bad. Well, listen to the reviews. It doesn’t stay connected. It will only print 1/3 of the document if it prints at all. You can’t get in touch with tech support for HP. There’s no number to call, you have do fill out a page online to connect but then it just sits there. I constantly have to restart or reinstall. I am ready to trash this printer and just be out the money.

Very Good Printer. (as all of my HP Printers have been.) I simply did not understand the Difference between "Printing" and "Copying" - hence my "Problem".

I had the previous version and it died. I was so happy to get the updated one. The only thing missing is the ability to print on both sides of the paper.

Bought this to replace my trusty older model HP printer. It was 15 years old and finally wore out. This new HP is a a major upgrade in form, fit and function.

Printer is rather big. I constantly have to reboot it inorder for it to do wireless printing. I would have returned it, but I was 4 day pass the return by date.
