Hate this printer. Takes forever to start up and once you do a print it wants to make you wait again to check stuff. As well as photo side printing colors are off. Seriously a purchase I regret.

At forst ot was an eprinter meaning the printer had its own email address where you can send pdf files directly to the printer’s unique email address BUT NOW hpntook that feature away so i will be returning this printer. They made the uodate disabled that nice function. So now the printer is not that special anymore so it’s useless for what I bought it for.

Setup.. Continually getting an error and will not print. Stating to install setup cartridges - which are installed.. HP support is pointless and as usual BestBuy doesn't care - just doesn't want to deal with the return. Save yourself the time. This is the first HP I have bought. Will be the last :(

It seems like this printer doesn't like to print more than half the time. I know I read reviews that it was slow, but this is ridiculous! I wish my Canon printer hadn’t stopped working.

Not even 15 days past my purchase date and this printer has a carriage jam because I wanted to print 20 pages at once. For the price, printing 20 pages should not be causing a jam that is hard to fix. Calling Best Buy to return or see if they can help fix but so far I've tried everything on my end.

The hp 9125 sucks. I have been on the phone with hp tech support 5 times .the printer will not print a picture or image 8x10 with out lines running through. I have had 3 printers sent to me and all seem to be No good.again today the new printer is doing the same thing .dont get this printer.

each time I reset this printer I cannot get it to print. HP is unable to permanently fix it. Once I use it or turn it off, it's finished.

I had HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 for years but my scan feeder stop working. I bought this one for the reason. But Started ok and now the scanner leaves dark shadows all over the pages. It takes forever to warm up to print and by the time the printer gets ready the page gets cancelled. I would not recommend this printer to anyone

Purchased an Office Jet Pro 8130e, a similar product. Over a six-month period never worked properly. I spent 40 hours on it. I engaged two different support groups, but problems got worse. HP lost a customer.

I bought this 2 months ago and used the cartiage of black ink that came with the printer. Bought another ink cartridge and i have not been able to get anything printed no ink come out but the machice says everything is working BUT ITS NOT PRINTING I WANT MY MONEY BACK

Not the best printer, very slow and complicated. I don't like it at all, wish i would have bought something else, but now i am stuck.

I could not get this printer to hook up with my computer. I called HP and even let them have control of my computer and they couldn’t get it to work.

Not as fast as I was told it would be. And the paper cartridge gets stuck often. Not to happy with it.

it works when it wants to. When doing several print jobs I have to power it down or reboot it to get it to work.

Printer is not copying well. It copies pink and the scanner is broken.

This printer is total garbage - never connects to wifi to print directly. Literally spend an hour troubleshooting every single time I need to print.

Ok Printer. I just needed to buy replacement ink and its almost $200 thats more than the printer costs. crazy

Terrible. Approximately every month I have to call Hewlett-Packard to get the facts, scan, print or copy fixed. I've had Packard for many years and this is the first time I've got a terrible printer

The first one I received broke after 200 copies. The ink cartridges were suddenly not recognized. Second machine has glitches. When it runs out of paper, I have to shut it down after I fill it up. My computer will say it’s out of paper even when I filled it. I have to shut down the printer and turn back on. Then it works. Stupid. Not happy with this machine. I’ve had so many HP but this one is terrible.
