This printer has been giving me nothing but problems. Difficulty with connection, cartridges always missing even when I install a brand new set (authentic HP ink), and paper jams on printing double sided. I had an old HP and I regret updating.

I barely got 2-3 months of decent use out of this!
I believe printers are only going to last a couple years anyways, but a couple months is totally unacceptable

I feel I experienced a bate and switch from your Geek Squad. I have been an excellent customer and member for 30 plus years in CO and FL. I am very sad your staff did.not value my loyality

Worst HP printer I've ever purchased. I bought in June of 2024 and its gone through 3 boxes of HP ink cartridges since then. I've only printed 587 pages. Now, 3 months later, it no longer printing in color. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!

My IT guy talked me into HP. I have an Epson but it no longer is compatible with Windows 11 without extra from my IT department. So I bought this printer. The day it showed up, I tried to set it up. However, it was broken. 2 hours on the phone with HP they agreed to send another printer. It was to be here in 4 days but it hasn’t shown up. I tracked it and it says another 6 business days.
We'll like to help. We'll suggest the following resource (example) that shows how to load a Legal size paper into the tray, this will give an idea how the paper tray works.

Buy a different brand, this printer isn't worth your time. Won't stay connected to the internet and it has to be connected to print. Save yourself the headache and buy a different printer

This printer is so slow especially the scanner that I would never recommend it to anyone. It also stops you from scanning by saying scanner busy when it is not busy and takes an even longer time to fix that problem each time yourself.

I returned this printer less than 2 weeks after purchase. Printer worked one day and then stopped printing. Had to contact HP support and redo printer setup. Again, worked for one day and stopped printing. That was enough. returned printer and replaced with an Epson.

I cannot get it working so have no opinion. Apparently your store does not assist unless you pay someone to come to your house even though I have your products package that I paid for. Yet, you do not work on printers or assist customer with help to get it working so it sits here.

Older versions easily set up through screen. Now it was necessary to call customer service who I then had to speak to two different techs. I can now print but still can’t copy or scan which I specified was necessary.
