This is an awesome printer. I’ve always believed in HP and this one still keeps its place among the others.
It was very easy to setup and easy to follow prompts to get started.
Thank you HP for your remarkable quality of workmanship

I owned an older version of this printer, it had its issues, and occasionally acted up. until the day it gave its final error code, and i purchased this printer here. I went through THREE DIFFERENT brand new versions of this printer to have the exact same issue with every one (the same issue i had with the old printer. Error codes, freezing, and eventually no longer communicating with the HP smart (DUMB) app that the force on you. After the third printer didn't work, i returned it and purchased the Cannon TR4720 and within 20 minutes(when the HP printer took over 40 minutes EACH time) I was printing what I originally tried with the third printer earlier that same day. TLDR? Don't buy this printer, and better yet, stay away from hp and their gate kept printer usage by a dysfunctional app paired with printers unable to download their firmware out of the box.
Event codes ranged from ink issues (with brand new HP genuine cartridges)
and "Event Code: F0.01.04.07 which in short, claimed a system error, needing a restart. Which only cleared the error, and rendered the printer unable to connect to the internet. Yes, I tried WI-FI and hardwiring. Yes, every other device in the house worked great. Yes, this printer sucks.

I have been without a printer for over a year. So happy that I bought this HP printer. It was easy to set up and I like the ink program that comes with it. No more running to the store when you run low on ink, it’s shipped right to your house

Very easy to use. The best thing is that you can see all the steps in the screen versus other models that don’t have a screen. Also the legal paper can be set at the bottom of the printer.

I bought above indicated item with 3 free months of instantink from hp. It has been nightmare. Wont print because i have enroll it to forced paid subscription after 3 months. Completely complicated garbage.

I bought this printer to upgrade my 10yr old printer. The print quality is crisp and clear. The overall cost vs value was a deciding factor for me.it doesn't have all bells, whistles or speed but for basic copy, print and scan it fit all my needs.

So far, I love it. We will see over time. I'm a bit concerned over ink, because my air conditioning seems to suck it all away. So I've sewn a cover and covered that with a towel when not in use. Praying that will all help.

Works like a charm. Perfect for a small business or someone who just needs printing on an infrequent basis. It did take a little while to set up, but that could have been my problem as opposed to HP. I like to think it was HP's fault. haha
