This is a solid product. Not as fast as I'd like, but it is an inexpensive printer. For the cost it is well worth the price!

I bought this printer because I am currently on long term disability for medical issues and am going to the doctors or hospitals a lot so it’s nice to be able to have a dedicated printer at home to print from my laptop or tablet or phone . It also has a scanning option to scan something from the printer and send it to an email which is GREAT! The HP smart app is great for setting the printer up and for the smart ink they just automatically send you to your home address or whatever address you have it setup with whenever it’s low . It’s a super nice and convenient feature , you don’t even need to think about it ! I’ve had HP a few times now and I love the touchscreen and the printer look itself . It’s a great product

This printer is great. So easy to set up, and I am a novice as far as setting printers ups. If I can do anyone can do it!! So easy to send faxes. Love this printer!!

Feels cheaply made, very flimsy compared to the previous HP printer it is replacing. Paper supply drawer is difficult to remove and replace after refilling paper. Touch control panel is unresponsive, must tap heavily on button to get a response. Automatic paper and ink service is a ripoff. Once you use all your free ink the printer will not work even if you purchase a genuine HP ink cartridge from Office Depot, Staples, etc. When my free replacement period expired I cancelled the automatic replacement plan and replaced my now used up free black cartridge with one I purchased at Staples and the printer stopped working. It told
me that I had to replace my free color cartridges that still had plenty of ink since I had canceled my subscription. Somehow it knows what cartridges came from the replacement plan compared to a cartridge purchased from another source.

Loving this new printer!! It is awfully fun to have such excellent printing being done! I LOVE the HP Instant Ink link up! Makes like just that more simpler & cheaper!
