Easy to set up and easy use. This is my second HP Printer, my last one lasted 15 years.

I love my new wireless printer! It fits perfectly in my business corner. It has everything I neef to run my business with ease.

I haven't set my office jet pro up yet but I know I will love it. I loved what I read about it in the store and can't wait to use it.

Quiet and meets our needs. It does seem to process the print job slowly before actual printing begins.

Initally wouldn't print because I got some cryptic message that I wasn't connected to a cloud service, even though I did the install exactly as directed and had internet connectivity. Deleted and reinstalled all software and it started printing. I then tried to set up scanning and it failed, with my laptop telling me the scanner device didn't work. On top of everything else, the HP software and support stunk - poor guidance, lot of recursive redirects when looking for help, and ridiculous amount of disparate items to install. I've got HP laptops and have been very happy with them, but this is the second printer that's given me fits due to what appears to be buggy software. I'm trying another brand.

Great working with new printer. So many added features than old one. Should have gotten it sooner.

My wife loves the way it prints on two sides at once She loves receiving the ink automatically through the mail

Had problems initially with the printer saying it was out of paper. Ink cartridges that came with the printer ran out VERY quickly. I'm sure that is so you will sign up for their Instant Ink program which is a scam. Still on the fence about this product.

The print quality is great but not having the option for a USB connection is not good and the power button does not wake up the printer, I have to unplug the power cord to restart the printer!

The printer works well, but uses way too much ink. Was told it had two years worth of ink in it when I bought it but was out of black ink before I’d had it for a month. Bought more and before I did my next printing, I got a warning that one of the colors was low. It uses a ridiculous amount of ink, and for very little printing.

Great Printer i use it alot for my daily work tasks definitely comes in handy
