Problematic in setting up. Geek Squad could not help and gave me a phone number of HP customer service. I called them and had extreme difficulty in understanding them.
Also disappointed in the quality of "HP Smart", the app interface for the printer. Slow and very unprofessional designed, especially compared to the Epson Printer I had previously

I have been using HP products of over 30 years with no problems until now. I had an older printer that needed to be upgraded so I purchased a 8120e and was not able to connect it to my mobile device so I took that back and purchased a 9135 e and I'm still having the some issue. I called HP customer service and they were not able to resolve the problem stating that it was my internet. Being frustrated I started reading reviews and noticing that people were having the same issue that I was having which leads me to think it is a software issue. So if I cannot get this printer to work with my mobile devices I will have to return it and purchase another brand a
printer.

This printer worked well for about a month, and then has been nothing but an expensive paperweight. Originally, I was able to connect to my phone but never my laptop. After about a month or so, it disconnected from my phone and now will not connect to anything. I have tried customer service (not helpful) and troubleshooting but it is absolutely worthless.

Based on the majority of reviews, I thought this printer would be good for my home office. I was WRONG! It is truly the worst printer I have ever owned...and I've had several over the years. I set up the printer and everything seemed fine....within an hour or so, my computer told me the printer was "offline." Okay, went back in and got it to talk to my internet connection again. About an hour later...same thing..."offline." Now, I literally cannot keep the printer online for more than 15 or 20 minutes at a time. Seriously? My old printer (also an HP) still works great. This one is truly a piece of junk. Big mistake buying it but too late to return it. Extremely disappointed!

The software was very glitchy. Have great difficulty installing the printer particularly with connecting the network. The print will go offline on its own with no clear way of fixing it.

This device, Printer it very difficult to operate. I have talked to customer support service on loading drivers to my computer and it still does not work correctly. Today I try scan and email my time card , it did work . My Hp printer i replace did not have these problem,
