    Printer started off very well, ran into problems with multiple pages being fed at the same time, printing on half of each page. Tried online solutions, ended up returing and chosing another model

    It won't stay online unless I reboot it, yet my computers are working. Geek Squad didn't fix it, so I have a new printer that doesn't work.

    Low quality with tons of software issues. This product is not build with physical or software quality mindset. I had used Brothers printer for 4+ years without any issues and this one has software issues such as low responsive UI, flaky wifi connectivity, resolution is diff on scan to USB vs scan to email or cloud. USB drive is at the back of the printer. How inconvenient design mindset. If the UI gives an error, then it will just freeze.
