Great printer, does everything I want it to do. The only down side is the ink is a little pricey.

Does HP make a functional printer? My previous HP printer uninstalled itself after every use. This one indicates it has completed tasks when it has done nothing. An expensive paperweight! And Geek Squad is not what it used to be. I waited over an hour for help installing this paper weight. Never got help. So, I installed it myself. It printed one test page and never printed anything every again!

I bought the wrong printer and requested someone come and pick it up because I am disabled which is why I ordered it online to be delivered! I spoken with a woman who said someone would come and pick it up. NO ONE contacted me or came to pick it up! So here I am with a printer I have no use for.

Not impressed...will not let me print from my android phone..geek squad tech hung up on me after an hour of trying over the phone.

Only 1 star because the software for this printer is AWFUL, absolutely AWFUL ! Need to download 2 apps to run this on a PC. 2 !! Have to add a PIN every time you want to adjust settings. The PIN is INSIDE the printer so need to go to printer, open 2 doors to get to it. Quick Start guide does not direct you to full Owners' Manual Have spent 4 hours on the phone (so far) with HP tech support to find out how to use basic functions. Can't print the pdf you just scanned/created Can't access a print queue to cancel the print job the printer works VERY SLOWLY to start any job, print, scan, copy, fax the fax machine functions are very limited ANY received fax can only be printed out or ignored (can't save directly it to the PC... wonder why I can only print .. hmmm... every time you open the app, go to to new tab in the app, HP wants to sell ink A good company gone bad

Piece of junk. Settings are impossible to change, HP doesn't answer support phone calls. If I could return it I would.

Pain to set up, long long maintenance and noisy. Ive had HP printers and love instant ink..

Installation was easy. Happy that the ink colors are individual cartridges.

Bad printer. 2nd printer I gotten from Best buy. 1st one I took out of the store. 2nd bad printer I received I by truck. 1st one wouldn't print! 2nd one said it needed to adjust the alignment I push the button to align and it bagged 4 times and that was it. Haven't had time to take back to store! I'm sure they will try to give me another piece of junk!!!

Delay in processing print requests. Also make noise by the ink machine

HP is the way to go. HP has always been my favorite and the prices are unbeatable.
