I had keep restarting, so i returned the item
I also ordered for curbside and i waited 20 mins and then called and had to walk in to have someone bring it to me. Poor curbside service at aiea store. To add to it, i have a disability and walk with a cane. Return went smoothly. I went in and a sales associate came to my car to carry

It seems to be a decent all in one printer. Just need to see how the ink holds out. The only thing is there was a screw laying in the box after i got the printer out. But it seams to be working fine so far.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e is a compact all-in-one inkjet printer in the usual black and grey color scheme from HP. This does black/white and color duplex printing, scanning/copying from a document feeder or manually from the scanner glass, and can print to a variety of paper types like cards and envelopes in additional to normal letter/A4 paper. The paper tray holds just under half a ream of paper so the normal amount for a home office setup. Inputs include the typical ethernet, USB, and WiFi but this printer also has RJ11 for fax! Unfortunately, I did not test that functionality for this review.

I was excited to purchase this product due to the good reviews. However, I have had several problems keeping the printer connected to wifi. I have to re-connect it every time I want to use it - and it will only print. No connection to scan. I have tried the HP Doctor site and have tried multiple times to fix but even the HP site can't make it connect. I had high hopes but it has been more problem than help. WHEN it prints, it looks nice and the ink is easy to change - it just isn't reliable at all.

Purchased my printer about 3 months ago. Everything was great.. I liked it and all but then it stopped working. Not turning on… nothing. And costumer support uff talking to one person then getting transfer and starting from 0 and so on.

HP wants to own every aspect of your printer experience. They monitor every page you print and every action you take with this printer without notifying you. The low purchase price is the hook they use to get you to use their ink and their 'subscription services', which are very high priced. The printer assesses if you try to use an alternate manufacturer's cartridges and stops the printing. Support services are useless. Every step of the way you are being 'managed' and 'manipulated'. There are comparable products in the market without being owned by Big Brother.
AVOID HP.

This review is on the HP Company Not the Best Buy experience. We bought the HP OfficeJet Pro 8135e while on sale at Best Buy and once I got it home while unboxing it I heard a pop and crack while opening the scanner bed lid. Took it back to Best Buy where they agreed the lid looked broke and shouldn't be that way. Replaced it with another one of the same model. After opening it there was the same issue with the lid, so I called HP support who said they never seen that issue before and to return it back to the store. After looking at all the HP models at Best Buy and Office Max that they are all the same and it wasn't in fact broken, Now the sale is over and I can't get this printer for the sale price.

Terrible. There is a known issue with it periodically going off-line. I called HP. They even have a dedicated team set up to address it (regular techs don't know how).

If your buying HP, consider the BB service package. I just spent 2.5 hours online with HP support and they still won't honor the warranty. Printer broke after ink cartridge change like a firmware bug.

Hard for our computer guy to set it up. Not user friendly. Keeps saying incoming fax when non is coming. He has to keep unplugging it to reset it. He is not happy with it.
