    I replaced my HP printer with this one. I am not as happy with this one as my previous one. It is a shame they made it cheaper. Not better. It is not as user friendly.

    I only had this printer for one day and only printed some test pages. I gave it 3 stars because it is probably a good printer and the multi-sheet feeder looks to be more robust than the competition. I returned the printer because I did not like having to create an HP printer account just to do simple scans.

    I think this a great printer. I've used it for faxing, which is a plus. I love that I can sit downstairs and print from my laptop to my printer upstairs. Awesome.

    Everything about this product is as promised but then they slid the auto in refill in which has previously charge for monthly refill orders that never we shipped but billed for.

    So far, I am satisfied with this printer. It prints good photos and I’ve already received new cartridges. On the downside, it is a little slower getting started than my last HP printer, but for the money, I can live with it. I would recommend it.

    Haven’t used it much yet. But I wanted to stick with HP since I have found their computers and printers to be excellent. This one appears to live up to my expectations. I did find the setup to be somewhat difficult. It took quite a while. But maybe that’s just me.

    This printer never worked from the day I set it up. I spent countless hours, 5 call logs, over 30 days with HP. The finally sent a replacement as I was not post the 60 return period. Unfortunately they sent a refurbished printer to replace a brand new printer that never worked. I spent another hour explaining that I paid for a new printer and not a refurbished. Now I have to wait 2 more days before getting a decision. I don’t know what this is so hard and how HP got so bad. I’ve only had HP products for the last 15 years but more I am done with them.

    Very nice printer. I now have two of them. I’m not excited about the scam of ink prices, but that’s life. HO customer service can be hard to negotiate.
