    Waste of money! I spent hours on the phone with the hp customer service to get this printer to work, and it continued to go idle or was not found. They had me reset the printer multiple times, and then on the last customer service call they told me they would send me a new printer. I never got it, instead was sent ink for a printer that takes an hour to finally connect. Now I can't return it because its passed the 14 days.

    I have bought HP printers and desktops exclusively for about 30 years. This is a good printer although the scanning function is not consistent. I cannot seem to get the scanning completed if I use the document feeder. It also has started squeaking when I print. I've only had the printer for about two weeks. I bought this to replace the HP 6555e, which I also reviewed and would not purchase again.

    This printer is awesome and I love that the color cartridges have individual colors so they know which ones to send you. Insta Inc. and this printer has been amazing. No problems receiving ink in a timely fashion the printer prints well on paper, colored, and on photo.
