Needed to upgrade the HP printer that I had that I was very happy with, because I needed to have dual-sided scanning. This machine is very good and the instant ink cost alone that is included with this makes it well worth the purchase. It pays for itself with what you will save on ink in the first year.

It prints really well but the software setup was a nightmare. The setup kept failing due to the HP Webiste and required multiple resets and restarts. It took hours before it was setup.

So far this printer has met all my expectations. It has produced clear copies and I love the fact that I can now do two sided copies. I haven' t been using it long enough yet to see how it does with scanning but I feel sure there will not be any problems. It was a little hard, initially, to get it set up but it didn't take me long to figure out what I needed to do. I love the fact that it comes with a years supply of ink! I am very pleased with this printer!

good printer, works great, fast scanner, easy to set up

Excellent quality of prints, but the setup was kind of complicated.

Contacted HP to help me set up to run properly and was given excellent care. Great customer service. Printer has been running very reliably since. Very nice print quality and good copy quality as well.

HP products have always been reliable, and this printer is no exception. Colors are vivid and sharp, and print quality is excellent. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a budget friendly home computer.

It is user friendly specially to those that is not really good in technology like me.

Good printer for my purposes, the firmware updates are a bit of a nuisance. Settings get changed when the updates are applied??

It’s not a bad printer but doesn’t make sense that the paper tray doesn’t adjust to 8 1/2 x 11, had to do a makeshift of our own. You also can’t put a lot of paper in at one time or it will pull the paper up incorrectly and jam. No improvement from the 8030 pro

Print quality is great. Set up was simple and easy. Wireless connection to my computor easy and works fine.

Setup was very easy and straightforward. Works well printing and copies are just as good as the machine at work.

It works good. Its a bit noisy and not fast. The scanner works great but again isn't fast. It does the job though and the price was good.
