This printer is great I like everything it can do I had Geek Squad set it up everything works fine except I can't print from my phone Geek Squad was in twice and I couldn't make it work they were talking about an internal problem with the printer I don't know they said it may have to be returned if they can't fix it I have another appointment with the Geek Squad coming up hopefully they'll be able to rectify the problem

I love the connection to computer n phone via Bluetooth. The monthly service subscription for ink is a big saver

Rec'd `right away, packaged nicely, and just plugged in!! Worked quickly after connecting to wi-fi. Prints great- very clear, no smudges. Love my new printer!

Printer restarts very slowly after sitting for a long time (days), but is fine once it gets going. Bought the unit to be able to transfer scans directly to a USB and reviews indicated it could do that and has a port for a USB drive, but it does not. It has port/ one can connect a pc to and then bring a file over that way, but not direct to a USB. Had I known that, there are far cheaper printers that function the same.

This is a good printer for home/office use but it took 50 minutes to complete the set-up with HP for their in-home toner service.

Nice printer. The only thing that was a surprise was that the feeder tray won’t print a two sided copy. You can on the glass but not the feeder tray. Strange huh? Otherwise it’s a good deal for the price.

Wasn’t in the market to replace my former HP printer that I had for over8 years, but it all of a sudden died so I had no choice. This one appears to be very similar in quality and production so hopefully will last at least as long as the last one.

Good all-in-one. Fairly easy setup with the online instructions (included printed instructions were not very helpful). Works well with HP Smart. Takes a little while to wake up to print the first page. Already received my first shipment of instant ink (about a week after purchase and setup).

Decent printer for the price and has the features I was looking for. Only issues I have had are when printing full page color images it doesn’t print on the paper straight. The white spaces around the images aren’t the same. I have tried realigning the print head, made sure the image was centered on the document page and everything else I can think of.

I have always used HP printers. This 8139e wireless all-in-one printer is pretty neat. It is more sophisticated than my last printer as I haven't figured out some things yet. It is like the new cars - lots of bells and whistles that I won't use much. I am also trying the 12 months of instant ink and paper. Hope it is worth it. The ink cartridges are not as easy to install as my old printer, but I will figure it out. I actually had trouble just opening the lid to get to te cartridges! Once I figure everything out, I am sure I will be happy with it.

Love the printer - it does everything I need it to do except 1 thing. I really wish I could copy a 2-sided document in one task, rather than a several step process.

Photo print quality on this printer is mediocre at best. Pick a different one if photo printing is important to you. Everything else about this printer is fine.
