This is a good printer but the instant ink program don't seem to be working as they indicated.

Prints clear with no streaks. On another review I did read that this printer is noisy, and that review was correct. When printing, the machine sounds like it is struggling, but there are no issues so far.

While I love HP products, this one has its issues. First, as a home user, the Instant Ink isn't a bargain for me. Second, there is absolutely no way to copy/print legal, which is an occasional need. And finally, it is VERY difficult to set up as wi-fi. Four days of tinkering and maybe, now I have it right! However, the print product is perfect!

Printers have never been my favorite thing, but we do need them. Spending a ton of money on something that likely won't last all that long and provides never ending agro is not my thing at all. So, imagine my surprise when we found this very nice machine on special, at a price that makes that more premium choise within reach. Behold, this HP has made me happy. It does everything we need swiftly, accurately, and without drama. I do recomend this. Prints are crisp and clean, and the paper doesn't seem to want to jam up. I'm a happy camper.

I love the vivid colors of the ink. All the different features that it has. The only thing I don't like is the tray where your paper goes. It's too difficult for moving every time I make a card and have to flip the card over to do the other side or even filling the tray with more paper. My old HP printer, all you had to do was put your paper in an opened slot. Other than that, I really like my printer and recommend buying it! That's all I have ever bought, H P. They last a long time.

This printer is a good printer. Satisfies home use. Replacement ink is costly and the printer itself is quite noisey when operating, compared to my previous printer brand. Print quality is good.

Easy to set up and does what I need: print, copy; and, has duplex feature.

This model was recommended to replace our 10 year old HP8620. So far, it functions well. We don't like the smaller display or the fact that the paper tray does not hold as much as the old one. Time will tell if it holds up.

Works great for standard paper printing Envelopes of custom size were a problem and had to use labels instead of printing on the envelope. The ink cartridges are small

I absolutely love this printer. prints well and I have the ink send instantly when my levels are getting low. It's a stress free machine that has caused me no issues except for my wifi. My area has wifi issues so thats going to happen reguardless. Love saving on paper with the double sided printing.

Good printer Needs bigger paper tray for feed and printed materials. Runs out of ink quickly.

This printer is quiet and works so much better than my old printer. Excited also about the opportunity to receive free ink for 12 months!!!

Once I got it up and running, it's fine. The software download took a long time and was confusing as to whether it was finished. I don’t like the way the reciever for the paper comes out, it's flimsy so I can't leave it out for fear someone will accidentally hit it. Overall it performs well, faxes great. Replaces a more expensive model that was over 10 years old which may explain why I'm not totally happy. For the price, under $200, it's great.
