It has produced clear copies and I love the fact that I can now do two sided copies. I haven' t been using it long enough yet to see how it does with scanning but I feel sure there will not be any problems. It was a little hard, initially, to get it set up but it didn't take me long to figure out what I needed to do. I love the fact that it comes with a years supply of ink! I am very pleased with this printer!

You also can’t put a lot of paper in at one time or it will pull the paper up incorrectly and jam. No improvement from the 8030 pro
