    Print quality is good, but printer is slow to initiate each print. Printing photos is problematic. Printer doesn't recognize different sizes of photo paper.

    Printer restarts very slowly after sitting for a long time (days), but is fine once it gets going. Bought the unit to be able to transfer scans directly to a USB and reviews indicated it could do that and has a port for a USB drive, but it does not. It has port/ one can connect a pc to and then bring a file over that way, but not direct to a USB. Had I known that, there are far cheaper printers that function the same.

    Nice unit, setup was quick. One small problem about 1 month into use. Unit lost all contact with computer. Contacted HP support which fixed problem quickly via remote hookup and over the phone. Good customer service. No further problems to date. Printer has great paper capacity for size and is easily serviced for Ink replacement.

    This is a good printer for home/office use but it took 50 minutes to complete the set-up with HP for their in-home toner service.

    Rec'd `right away, packaged nicely, and just plugged in!! Worked quickly after connecting to wi-fi. Prints great- very clear, no smudges. Love my new printer!

    Nice printer. The only thing that was a surprise was that the feeder tray won’t print a two sided copy. You can on the glass but not the feeder tray. Strange huh? Otherwise it’s a good deal for the price.

    This printer is great I like everything it can do I had Geek Squad set it up everything works fine except I can't print from my phone Geek Squad was in twice and I couldn't make it work they were talking about an internal problem with the printer I don't know they said it may have to be returned if they can't fix it I have another appointment with the Geek Squad coming up hopefully they'll be able to rectify the problem

    Wasn’t in the market to replace my former HP printer that I had for over8 years, but it all of a sudden died so I had no choice. This one appears to be very similar in quality and production so hopefully will last at least as long as the last one.

    I think this a great printer. I've used it for faxing, which is a plus. I love that I can sit downstairs and print from my laptop to my printer upstairs. Awesome.
