    Waste of money! I spent hours on the phone with the hp customer service to get this printer to work, and it continued to go idle or was not found. They had me reset the printer multiple times, and then on the last customer service call they told me they would send me a new printer. I never got it, instead was sent ink for a printer that takes an hour to finally connect. Now I can't return it because its passed the 14 days.

    I have bought HP printers and desktops exclusively for about 30 years. This is a good printer although the scanning function is not consistent. I cannot seem to get the scanning completed if I use the document feeder. It also has started squeaking when I print. I've only had the printer for about two weeks. I bought this to replace the HP 6555e, which I also reviewed and would not purchase again.

    This printer is great and I love the instant ink program. I always get an HP printer and they always seem to last 6-8 years. Can’t complain about that in an age where things are seemingly always made to break

    It prints well, when it prints. Both the HP Smart Print and the physical printer name randomly go off line and cancel my print request. Very frustrating.

    Writing this review in frustration. . . .I have worked for two days now trying to get this set up to be able to print from my phone without luck and now it won't print from the computer either. I keep getting messages on phone saying printer blocked. I am at wit's end with this printer! It replaced an HP printer that was hooked up to phone and computer with no problems. . . .just wasn't printing well so decided it was time to get a new one. DO NOT recommend this one if you are looking for an easy plug and play.

    I like the all in one printer features, but I don't like how it prints in color. The definition is not the best. It looks like if am printing old fashioned photos ...sad

    It’s a nice printer but… The touch screen is very slow. It takes so long to get to a certain menu. You have to use the screen to go to the WiFi to connect it.

    I have been an HP user for years. This printer does not connect to Wifi. Its EXTREEMLY DIFFICULT to setup.
