Ink tray is horrible

The rear spring and horrible design kicks the cartridges out because they dont lock in. Then it jams. Press to click; doesnt click. I dont know why I get baited into buying these horrible machines over and over. Look elsewhere for abother brand. It works, sometimes when it doesnt jam.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to go back to hp pronters because my hp computer kept fighting my epson printer. Hp junk printers wont let you print in bw if any color ink is depleted. I dont need cyan or megenta to print a recipe.
