At this point in time the printer has been operating as proscribed. Thumbs up for its performance.

My new unit was defective. It was immediately replaced with another new unit. The Geek Squad will return tomorrow, April 7,2024 to install it again at no additional charge. I know that this isn't a great 7 positive review but i'm confident that Best Buy will make sure that i'm happy with this product once the replacement is installed tomorrow. I'll still continue to be a Best Buy customer.

Love this new wireless color printer. Best feature is being able to print and scan 2 sided documents.

Got this printer on sale $200. I use it for basic home use. Had it work a week and already made colored copies, faxed, and printed documents. No problems. Love the air print function. I can pull up documents on my phone and air print without having to turn computer on.

Exceptionally easy wireless plug-in set-up. FAX is not very useful but the rest of the features are great.

I would aay that this is a decent printer for someone looking for a home office printer. I use it in a business environment as a personal printer and scanner for an employee and they have really enjoyed using this.

I have been trying for two weeks to get this printer set up. I have contacted with HP Support twice. The last HP 'expert" told me that this printer needs to be within 10 feet of the router in order for it to work properly. I have a home office. The router is in the living room. I'm not moving the printer to my living room to get it to work

Works well but sometime slow to react when sending a message to print. Other than that, it's great!

It was good, but you have to read the instructions before operating it.

Had an issue with the ink cartridges not going in. But the staff was very helpful and got it to work

The worst printer I’ve owned I will never buy HP again. The printer is always offline when I try to print, you have to have a subscription to print, and it takes forever to print.

I have experienced a myriad of problems with this printer. It does not pair well with my computer. In fact, I have not been able to print since purchasing it. I like being able to print from anywhere in my home but this printer does not print from other spaces even when the bluetoooth is on.

So far so good. Last HP printer purchase was unreliable. This printer sits in the background quietly doing its business when requested. Happy with purchase.

It's just ok. I replaced a HP Printer that I had for a few years because as soon as the warranty was up on it, it stopped printing well even after cleaning and aligning the printer heads. I liked the idea of the ink tanks on this one but so far I'm not very impressed. The print quality on the standard print option is not good and it takes longer to print than the HP printer did. The feeder on the top of the printer has already jammed a few times. I will have to wait and see if the ink tanks make the other annoyances worth the switch.

I bought this printer and after being on phone with hp support why it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth or wifi is because my Samsung galaxy tablet s8 and my Samsung galaxy phone isnt compatible even using a plug-in app. Need computer and windows 11 for this one. Not everyone uses computers these days.
