extremely loud, makes clunky noise when making adjustments, extremely slow in printing, can only use regular size paper, have to request print for one page at a time in a multi-page document, paper easily jams. Return printer.

It worked well at first (besides being loud) but after less than three months, won't recognize the HP ink cartridges! Wasted hours trying to troubleshoot then finally just picked up a Brother printer at Best Buy. Looking for a recycling center and have learned never to buy HP again.

Its loud, and had lots of issues with air printing function. Spent 2.5 hrs on phone with HP support resolving the issue. Reloaded drivers 3 times before it worked properly air printing on 2 sides. Even though there were lots of good reviews, I would not recommend.

Printer takes a long time to spool before printing making it slower than my old printer. Setup was unbelievably difficult with the software not working well. I had to have customer support reinstall the printer for me remotely.

It is a good printer, but it goes to sleep often and you have to unplug it and wait for 60+ seconds and plug it back in because the screen does not respond and the power button does not work.

HP uses extortion to get you to subscribe to cartridges and paper, which should be automatic, except HP sent three times more supplies than I used. I cancelled the subscription, so they closed down the printer until it is re-enrolled in HP Instant Ink.

This printer is a plastic mess! Every time you have it print, you have to go to the printer itself and push print?!?!? CRAZY! My old HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 printer was the best ever and wasn't difficult to use. Wish I had had the broken hinge repaired as it was still printing better than new 9125e. The 9125e is a most irritating experience.

After a week, I am not happy with the printer. It has an auto off function which is fine but when it starts up after going to sleep, it has to recalibrate and gives an error that it was not shutdown properly. The sleep mode can’t be disabled.
I also just received a message that the printer cartridges are low and I have only printed about 10 pages. Disappointed as I thought it would come with more than that amount.
I had an HP 8600 for 10 years or more with light printing use. Very disappointed at this time.

Get another printer if you can. The ink carthriges that you get without the subscription run out of ink fast, and the subscription for the insta ink is not the greatest either. You get billed every month even if HP does not send you any ink since they only ship ink to you when the printer tells it your low on ink.
